Sales are good, once you purchased a car. Then the service department will let you know what is the worst car service in the world! Their service was really suck!!!!! I would not recommend anyone who need service from here, woodgrove Chrysler is much better than Nanaimo Chrysler. And I would never buy a car from Chrysler!!

Recently purchased a vehicle from Nanaimo Chrysler but was disappointed with the high pressure sales approach and dishonest service I received. After a lot of discussion I managed to 'talk them down to a price' which I later noticed was the same price they were advertising on there LED sign. They later added the price of the warranty to the offer sheet, making the sale price higher than what was agreed to without talking to me. In fact they even went over additional warranty options with me without disclosing they automatically tried to sign me up for the $2,500 'basic' warranty. In addition, they verbally offered me a financing rate of 4.1% but when I sat down to sign the offer sheet I noticed the financing was listed at 6.9%. No one went over these details with me they simply expected me to sign the sheet without reading it. Finally, the car they sold me was different then the one I test drove. We test drove a grey Grand Caravan which I thought I was purchasing but when they went to get it for me they brought out a red one. While I ended up buying in the end it was not an enjoyable experience and I would not recommend to a friend.

Went in with some front end noise, was told needed a new front bearing. Fine had it changed. Picked vehicle up drove it 200m same noise happening. I asked was this not road tested after you did the work? Took it in again and told other bearing is gone as well " at the same time" Would you not think that they would check BOTH sides when it was in. How could you not check both sides to see what was happening. I find it ridiculous that I had to go in 3 times to get the job done and then argue with the service writer and be told that they went at the same time " end of story " Worst service I have had in over 33 years of owning a car. Left feeling burned and totally taken advantage of. Will NEVER go there again.

Two weeks ago I received a promotion and went online to enter it into their website. Within 3 minutes I started getting call after call after call and each person I had to explain that I was not ready for a purchase and to please take me off their call list.
It's now been 2 weeks and I'm still getting calls
If you're in the market for a new car might I recommend ANYWHERE else.response / report this review -

I got a recall notice in the mail and called the service dept to see when it could be done. I was planning a fairly long trip and want to know how serious it was. I was told not too but if I came in at 9am the next day they would do it right then. Perfect,i did and it was completed immediately. Great Service.

Dealt with Serge C, great sales person. He know how to treat people, he has great knowledge of the Chrysler product. I already referred a few friends to see Serge, they are all very happy.

We brought our vehicle in for an oil change. The work was done in good time and the vehicle was cleaned. But then it sat for quite some time before the paperwork was processed so we could pay and take it home. We've had past vehicles serviced through Nanaimo Chrysler and never had any issues. I'm sure this one doesn't happen often.

The sales representative was very helpful and polite when discussing the car I purchased. He answered my questions and explained how some of the different icons on the screen worked. We talked another day about a few of the other things I had questions about. I would recommend him to anyone who was looking for car.

I am very pleased with my choice to go back to Nanaimo Chrysler because Jason and Dwayne worked so hard for me at Nanaimo Chrysler and got me into my new 2016 Grand Caravan which I my friends and family love driving in so much. They also gave advice to help me restore my credit it will be a life changing experience thank you Nanaimo Chrysler you guys are the best in Town!

This time I had quite a lot of work performed on my Cherokee, due to the very professional manor in which my vehicle was inspected during the scheduled servicing. The apprentices mechanic Gal van & great as always mechanic Rob along with service tech. Brent & service mgr. Tim found & showed me work requiring to be performed & explained why. Yes this work was costly, however necessary to keep my Cherokee in top pristine condition as usually. Tks guys again great work & yes Rob, I have logged the 2 items you pointed out for next time I am scheduled for service, they will be done.

We are so impressed with the service we got buying another vehicle!! Al Slater the sales consultant And Steve Dobish sales manager both worked with us to get us into the truck we loved and everything went perfect!!
