This is a beautiful campground with a convenient Beach by Brannen Lake, only a 10-15 minute walk from the camp sites. I only wish there were more water stations around the camp sites.

Stayed for a couple night late in the season. Grounds were well maintained, all amenities were around. We had a great time.

A great place , we were welcomed by the owner who gave us the perfect spot and offered to lend us his own bbq,a true lifesaver! would recommandeer this place, also nearby departure bay for all transits by boat

This campground is absolutely beautiful! We initially chose this campground because it was central to all we wanted to experience on beautiful Vancouver Island. We will definitely be returning to this campground, and here is why. This campground is meticulously maintained, and the staff are extremely friendly and attentive. This campground is family friendly and the sounds of children playing can be heard throughout the campground! We took part in the free hayride, and all five of us enjoyed the experience. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you to the staff at Brannen Lake Campsite for helping to make our stay memorable!

Very positive experience at Brannen Lake. We only stayed the one night, but the camp was clean and well cared for, and the sites were surrounded with lovely forest. Thank you for the great experience.

Busy Campground full of fun for the family. Im a full time RV'r and this campground has over 90 sites they get 3 stars because of the laundry facilities and staff communication. They have 2 washers and two dryers which is not on par with other parks of this size and price point. ($39 a night). The staff while friendly and attentive it took three staff members to get to one that said they do have a waiting list and would put us on it. This maybe a number of things or reasons. Maybe only the manager knows about it? Not having everyone on the same page is a concern.

My husband's family has been camping here for close to 30 years. They first came when the kids were small and have so many family memories of biking, swimming, hay rides and frog-catching. I've been camping here now for 8 years ago and the campsite definitely lives up to the memories. It is hard to believe that the campsite is so close to Nanaimo. It has beautiful, treed sites and a great swimming area. The facilities are always clean and the whole campsite feels very safe.

My wife and I stay here from Nov to April wow awsum spot and the staff are great!
No issues here I am very comfortable and the water pressure is fantastic. They gave me the best spot in the park!

This is from the whole Mali team Michelle, Brandi, Mandy, Teasha and Bailey we love you all and enjoy every time we come rain or shine we just love it this is our little piece of Heaven and sanctuary.
Always clean and well stocked.
Staff are amazing.
close enough to town to still work but just the right distance to feel like you are not close to town.
Hands down would recommend any summer event to be planned here.
All ages will have a great time
