Came into the dealership Shopping around for an SUV spoke with the sales manger Bruce 25 minutes after they closed he offered me an overnight test drive in the vehicle and stayed additional 1 hour after closing to ensure my phone was set to the car and I understood how everything worked. If you are looking for grade A service don't hesitate to stop here.

DO NOT GO HERE!! If you value your money do not trust these people. My wife and I had a terrible experience attempting to buy our first car from this dealership. I originally went to purchase a used vehicle but after test driving an Outlander my wife and I decided this was the perfect car for us. At first, the salesman quoted me the wrong price for the trim style we wanted and the GM (Bruce) was incredibly rude during the conversation. Originally, I was told that they had the car we wanted on the lot. However, then they told me they had to get it from a different dealership. They had assured me we could have the car we wanted in three hours or tomorrow morning. After much conversation I was ready to purchase the vehicle. They said they would bring it over from Vancouver. The salesman (Thai) said he was not looking forward to having to fly over and drive in Vancouver. That did not instill much confidence in us. We asked him to text us a picture of the car that night but he never responded. The next morning we were so excited to go get our car! After waiting most of the morning to hear from them I finally texted to see what was going on. He never went to get the car and lied to us about the situation. Thai said he didn't know about the problem with the vehicle availability until that morning, but he obviously knew the night before as he didn't go to Vancouver. I was furious with the complete lack of communication. I asked for the GM to call me. I had told them from the beginning I had limited time to buy a car as I work out of province. If they had called that morning to tell us the situation and that they were trying to bring it over later in the week we would have understood but they chose instead to remain silent. Bruce never apologized that we were left in the dark, told us he wasn't making any money, he had to pay out of his own pocket for someone to go get the car, we had unrealistic expectations and that he did not want to do business with us. He also said I had no right to be upset that the car was not there when they said it would be! I was in shock. We were spending close to 40, 000 and this was how we were treated. So unprofessional, a complete disregard for customer service and NO RESPECT. Obviously our money was not worth it to them. Buying a car is a big purchase, if you care about your money and want to be treated with a little decency TAKE YOURSELF TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP. This place is full of liars and does not see you as a human but a money machine.

I honestly couldn't be happier with my brand new Mitsubishi Lancer the whole team is so amazing, everyone was so helpful and down to earth. They helped me get out of a vehicle I didn't love at all into my dream car!!!
I will 100% be recommending people here, they know what their doing and have access to 14 other dealerships as well! If they can't help you no one can :D Thanks again guys!!response / report this review -

I recently purchased a 2017 Mitsubishi Lancer Black Edition from the Mitsubishi in Nanaimo. The service was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I got into the car I wanted. I have always loved Mitsubishi cars and highly recommend them and the Nanaimo dealership. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. You cannot beat the warranty that comes with Mitsubishi's cars. I drove from Duncan, and it was worth the trip. I dealt with Andrew and Chris, both very nice, helpful and ensured we were taken care of.No pressure sale was straight forward. I highly recommend going to this dealership, even if you are just looking, because of the great customer service.

Raymond was persistent but professional. He knew what kind of car I was looking for and called me when he thought he had what I wanted. There were a couple of misses but a couple of months ago he had exactly what I was looking for on the lot. With the help of Chris Fenton we made a deal and I drove away happy. I can honestly recommend this dealership as one of the best I have done business with. This my second Mitsubishi and just like the first I owned this one is also living up to my expectations. Good people, good cars.

One of the mechanics stopped to help me while I was struggling on the side of the road. When I took the car to get it looked over for a damage assessment, they had information within 15 mins and provided reasonable prices. When they ran into a snag, they went above and beyond again. I have always been happy when leaving this dealership, whether I am dealing with sales or service. THANK YOU!!!

Wasn't even looking at a car upgrade until Eddy started working here. Now, I've been browsing the options and been more interested. When I have the money for a new car, I'll definitely consider Nanaimo Mitsubishi because of him

In a nutshell I had no faith they is be able to get a new car but took the shot anyways. I was not an easy customer. These guys are problem solvers, there was no obstacle they didn't solve with a smile. Seriously the best car buying experience I've ever had. Chris was sincere and not pushy, very good. Olivia was fantastic, real, and professional. I will make the drive from Victoria to Nanaimo from now on.
