  No issues. My go to rental location when picking up from Nanaimo as I do 3 - 4x per year. Would recommend.

  Courteous and kind staff, wonderful customer service, always willing to go above and beyond for their customers. They are very passionate about customer safety and security. Prior to setting up their car rental, or after, they offer a FREE shuttle (within a reasonable distance) for those who need transport to their next destination.

  I was surprised how good the service was after getting used to awful service at all car rental companies. Th shuttle service was quick to come upon request and both drivers (pick up driver and drop-off driver) were very friendly, the front desk was great too. I am very happy with this branch and will use them again for our next trip.

  The service was friendly and the rates are very affordable, and they go out of their way to get you to the ferry on time. It can take a little while to rent a car if there are other customers in line but the wait wasn't too bad.

  These guys were fantastic! From the pickup (by the Judge as mentioned above, he was awesome!), to check in and check out. Check out was amazing. I went inside like a crazy lady (I was already running a bit behind then got really behind going in circles it ended up, just trying to fuel up and get back to the location), asking them to check me out while I got my stuff out of the car, which they did in amazing fast time and then whisked me away to the ferry, which I made with like 2 minutes to spare. Fantastic customer service!
