Great staff! Nick and Jan were very helpful and bent over backwards to help me, even after I changed my mind. They answered all my questions and if they didn't know the answer did their best to find an answer. First time i ever had to deal with a dealership and i'd definitely go back.

2nd vehicle for us thru Christine, and by far the most amazing experience. Her and Rachel really went to bat for us, and didn’t stop! Until they got us in the car of our DREAMS.

Every single person in the whole building cares and treats you like family. Having done some shopping for cars at a few dealers, with varied experiences, we entered KIA and were met by a very pleasant and personable sales person. Without any pressure, we were shown many options and ultimately decided on the top of the Sorento line with all the gadgets (what a beautiful car). The car was presented and explained thoroughly without interruptions and we were offered a test drive. We were very impressed with the car and decided to buy it. The purchasing process was very straight forward with no hidden costs or pressures. The offer was presented in detail including all costs and discounts. We felt we were offered, in only a few moments, a very fair price for our trade-in without the usual need for a major hassle. We completed this purchase in just a couple of hours. We very much appreciated the care, the respect and the service of all involved, especially Jane, Roy and Jan!! What a happy and professional group! A pleasure to do business there!!

I am lookng for a vehicle and I've been to most of the dealers in the area. This is by far the best dealership. The customer service is absolutely superb. Their knowledge of vehicles and competitors is also excellent. This is a MUST GO TO dealer in the area. You will either be satisfied or pleasantly surprised.

I met with Jane Fisher. Not knowing what I want to buy. We talked about my day to day needs. I was able to make a decision very easily after our conversation. It looks like the forte5 is a option for me. Right now I have a big truck, hard to park and heavy on gas. I will be coming back in soon. A huge thanks for your help and knowledge. I was not planning to leave Harris Kia with a new car the day I went in. I was just going to look and see what my options are. But Jane my good friend and great car sales girl, sold me my first brand new car. I love it. And within 4 hours I was driving away in style. What a great experience.

This review goes out to Rachel Roy at the Kia in naniamo. She is by far the most sweetest young lady with an exceptional amount of skills in both customer service and appreciation. She was able to get me on the perfect path of fixing my bad credit and was able to go over and above the neccesary steps to make me both happy with my new car and come back for a second purchase. Cam was my salesman he was wonderful. Friendly happy easy to talk to personable. he was in my eyes a refreshing man to deal with. I went to another dealership a year ago looking for a car and I will never deal there again they were the exact opposite of cam he was not pushy I did not feel like I had to buy my car there. on the test drive he made my step son feel like he was buying the car and that in itself is better then anything for me.

Thanks Cam. I will be back to purchase from you again.

Arrived to check in for a morning service appointment, only to be told that they were backed up and it would be 2 - 3 hours before my vehicle would be brought in. In attempt to compromise, I offered to leave my vehicle and return however there was no attempt by the dealership to accommodate my needs that were a result of their circumstance or even give me a courtesy car that I can use for a day. I was extremely disappointed in the level of customer service and took my vehicle to another dealership as a walk up customer, where I had a better experience and felt my business was appreciated. A good reminder that customers have choices and are not obligated to spend their money at one specific dealership.

Awesome experience. I have bought may cars over the past 55 years and I have never been treated so well by a car dealership as I have at Harris Kia. Starting with the exceptional and attentive sales team and in particular, Christine Wright. I have never seen any sales person work harder than she did. I met almost all of the staff in sales, parts and service and without exception they made me feel very special. It was almost like I was the first and only customer to walk through their doors. The partner/owner, Dave Bare, made a special effort to meet me and take the time to talk to me extensively. I could write a thousands words and those words could not describe how great my experience was. I still cannot believe that I was treated so well.
Oh, by the way, the Optima is one of the best cars I have ever bought. The price was better than I could have ever imagined.
If you are looking for a car, this is one dealership you must check out.

From the time we entered into the dealership and were greeted by Cameron, we felt like we were among friends. The atmosphere was one of "no pressure", but extremely helpful and welcoming. We have just started our search and were initially looking for a SUV, but stumbled upon the white Optima in the showroom which is a beautiful car. Who knows, we might just come away with two vehicles, no promises though! This was one of the best experiences we have had with a dealership - Cameron is terrific to work with, John more than helpful, and the receptionists are great. Tom also met with Doug the Parts Mgr., so friendly. Nick is great too! We'll be in touch Cameron! Thanks for the afternoon!

UPDATE: Went in for first service. Fast and pleasant experience with reasonable prices. They were on top of all recalls/service bulletins. Knowledgable reception staff. Came in mid-afternoon and had no wait.

I brought friends down to pick up their new truck (3 hour drive) and the service there was amazing. Even though I wasn't buying anything (trust me I wanted to just because of the service) they treated me like I was one of their clients. Christine is amazing and I will definitely go to her! AND they even washed MY car for free!! I strongly suggest them
