An awesome place to spend some time, whether alone, or with friends. Both the wave pools, the swimming lanes, and the gyms located in this building were all a part of what I frequently used and visited as I grew up to be who i am.

Gym was super crowded with rude old people and that place is way too small and needs more and better equipment! It was really hard to follow any routine you may have as nobody cared about sharing the equipment or cleaned it after use. Really frustrating to go there on a monday morning and not being able to do your workout in a time frame.

Great place to go for a work out or a swim, or both. Very reasonable prices. Polite, helpful staff. Change rooms kept clean. Unfortunately they do not offer memberships month to month, 3 month minimum.

The staff was quite friendly with me, the one pool was cold when we got there.

The hot tub was good, but crowded. Sauna was great, steam room was uncomfortable. The wave pool was large and well kept. The slides were fun, but a little on the rough side at some of the joints. All-in-all, a great place to take the kids or family.

Big pool with lots of lanes for swimming. Good for kids, better for older kids as it's a bit deep and the wave pool comes on quite a bit. Pretty good change rooms and friendly staff.

I've always liked NAC, the three watersides are great but without airflow the chlorine vapors make it difficult to breathe while sliding.

Diving boards. I understand that other people rent the pool for swimming lessons and what not. However, rather then rent out a couple of the lap lanes, they shut down the diving boards. 6 people using three lanes (one lane was rented out). When they opened the low board, there was a surge of 3 people, followed very quickly by a large group. The low board stayed busy until they closed it and lessons continued. The lap pool never seeing more then 8 people.
The steam room is fantastic.

We come here all the time. My son loves it! I think we would live here if it were up to him. The wave pool and waterslide are hits for sure. I like the lazy river. The aquafit classes are often great too.

My son and I love to come here together. I always call in advance to see if the dive tank is open. the information is always correct. Like many 5 yr Olds from the neighborhood my son usually knows someone or quickly makes new friends. I sit back and enjoy the relaxing water and smiles from all the the other parents with their children. Great place!
