luxury style and always busy with conventions and travellers food is great in all restraunts and very clean place.
you are right on the beautiful Vancouver harbor overlooking the ocean and luxury mountain range of the west coast.
with in walking distance to some of the finest cuisine you will ever have
and regular and live theater production or even a nightly walk

Very clean and professional atmosphere with an amazing location and view. The staff is friendly and accomodating. Their gym is super high tech with touch screen tools, and contains the perfect variety of workout machines. There is complimentary water bottles, towels, headphones, and fruits! I definitely loved my stay here.

Lives up to the price. I highly recommend one of the suites with the giant bath rub overlooking the north shore mountains. Staff is friendly and helpful. Amenities are awesome. Rooms are clean and spacious. Bar always has great live music, and delicious cocktails.

Very elegant hotel with great service. Stopped by the Botanist for dinner. The server was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and very well priced for the quality. Atmosphere was great, almost felt like a garden fairy tale.

I've stayed at the Pacific Rim a couple of times now, and at various Fairmont locations several times. Each time, the Fairmont. Has provided my family and I excellent service. Rooms are immaculate and comfortable, staff are accommodating, and it's pet friendly!

The staff is very friendly as you enter the hotel. The lobby is one of the bigger lobbies in the city. There as nice vibe in the lobby in the evenings. The washrooms are spot on clean. They have several restaurants that are top notch. Security is tight because floor access requires a key. The rooms have wonderful views of the city. They are all new, well furnished and modern.

Absolutely beautiful. One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. State of the art technology and amenities. The staff is extremely helpful. You MUST try the Botanist downstairs.

I wish the air quality of Vancouver wasn't so terrible when I was there. I hope the wildfires can be tamed once autumn rolls around. Otherwise, great location. Easy access to transit. Good views of water.

Here for a wedding reception. Excellent decor and environment. Parking rates are crazy, so park across the street at alternative sites. Fortunately we had valet covered. Service at hotel was good. Food at banquet reception was phenomenal! Good sound system.

Pretty hard for the Pacific Rim to exceed expectations - as we always expect a wonderful experience - but we were upgraded to the Gold Floor - and the experience was over the top!! The team knew what we wanted before we did! They made my husbands birthday very special!! Best gold floor we ever stayed on!!

Staying in a deluxe city room and it is gorgeous! The room is very spacious with its own walk in closet. The bed is one of the most comfortable plush beds I've slept in at a hotel. Bathroom is large with a tub and a standing shower. Service has been great. Room service was courteous and very punctual, said 30 minutes and arrived exactly then.

The overall experience at Fairmont Pacific Rim was fantastic. The service, the atmosphere and even the other customers were all really good. The food was excellent. My wife also had a very good experience. The staff were very professional and focussed on their goal at that time, looking after our needs and making sure we had a good experience there..

From the moment you enter Pacific Rim, you are greeted by friendly staff. Seating in the lounge can be challenging on a weekend night, however once in, you find an upbeat band and delicious hand crafted cocktails. Don't forget to sample their sushi bar as well.

We were there for a wedding and the wedding itself was great!! The food and location was amazing, but the service was very lack lustre. It was a buffet style dinner but there were very few servers and no one around to clear our plates until we were already finished dinner and eating dessert. Water and wine was not regularly refilled, not even once during our whole meal. During dessert, we waited and waited but the wait staff never made it to our table for coffee and tea, and there was no waiter around for us to ask for coffee and tea. The wedding was amazing and went off without a hitch along with great food and bartenders, but the wait staff was truly not present.
