Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Situated a nice short walk to the train and many restaurants/shops.
Highly recommend staying here if your not familiar with Vancouver and would like to explore on foot.
Parking is extra but worth valet as it's not much more expensive then self park.
Lastly views of the water are partial but still worth the extra couple of bucks. City side rooms are cheaper and a little bigger if desired.

Bar and restaurant are great food wise and staff is quick and friendly. Price is high but no more then surrounding higher end restaurants.

Looks for specials as they usually have a deal especially for Washington residents.

Stayed here for a night after attending a work party. My hotel room was quite nice - king bed, mini fridge, a couch - and it was nicely prepared and cleaned when I arrived. I needed toothpaste at one point and I was brought it within a few minutes.

The ballroom on the 2nd floor was lovely; very spacious with super high ceilings. I was impressed with the quality of food, particularly considering it was a buffet.

The area of the hotel is very central, providing easy access to downtown Vancouver and much of what it has to offer.

Pros:
1. decent view
2. Nice lobby downstairs
3. Clean and comfy beds
4. Good location
Cons:
1. No washroom door
2. No toothbrush/toothpaste provided, had to ask for it
3. No microwave
4. A loud humming noise throughout the night. Asked lobby to change room, no other room was available.
5. Frustratingly difficult to get an empty elevator. The longest we waited was 15 minutes then took the stairs.

I stayed in a decent room with a stunning view. It’s a bit dated but it has a comfortable bed. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is fantastic - ideal for exploring Vancouver!

Good service! Check-in was fast. They help with the luggage too if you want.
We booked Harbour front view room and it was great but I expected more. The view had other buildings in between which kinda ruined my view!

Also when we booked the hotel and picked hop off hop on bus tickets, it clearly said that you will get tickets for the 2 days you are staying. But it actually was only for 24 hours whenever you start it. I thought they would honor what we read but they didn’t. They should fix the wording on their website.
I think I will not stay here again. For the price, I don’t think it’s worth it.

I booked through Expedia as a VIP and snagged a room with the harbor view. You will not be disappointed. The view is great and that side of the street stays quiet, even during morning traffic hour. Service was excellent although I wasn't able to reach the desk in the mornings to order room service for breakfast (rang busy over and over). Otherwise, great hotel with a great location. Quiet rooms, as well, which helped as I was traveling with a baby who wakes easily.

We stayed here celebrating our anniversary. The staff were exceptional at helping me have a few surprises ready when we checked in. Despite the hotel being full, they were still able to upgrade our room to help us celebrate with a little more style. From the friendly front desk staff at check-in to the helpful bellman hailing us a cab, we were treated with first class service every step of the way. This was our first stay but certainly not our last.

Clean, friendly staff, fantastic conference room.

Came here for a conference and it's been great. Quiet, no tech issues, close to everything.

Ate at the restaurant couple times and generally happy. But be prepared for the wait. Food takes a long time to go out.

This is a nice little hotel with an awesome location. It is walking distance to the harbour front with lots of wonderful sights and activities. It is a perfect place to stay if you want to go ride a bike in Stanley park or if you wanted to go and watch "Flyover Canada". The rooms are nice and the service is very nice.

Beds are comfortable. The view was beautiful. Well furnished and stocked. Helpful staff. Bike rental free, first come. Close to sky train, shopping, trendy restaurants.

Great hotel with amazing view of the harbor. Staff is really friendly. Only took away a star because the jacuzzi was down our entire visit and the pool was cold.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Great location, nice bar/restaurant. Happy hour options are nice, the view from the restaurant is beautiful. It's very close to the convention centre and Harbour float planes and many restaurants and also Gas Town

Held a conference here back in February 2017 and the hotel is gorgeous. Not paid or sponsored to review this by any means but the staff was very accommodating and even helped us with little things like providing us with scissors and power cables. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the gym is better than some commercial gyms that require expensive memberships. Fantastic food with a great view of the ocean. Wish I had time to take pictures to share.

Only negative thing: the elevators are kind of scary. They're either too fast or outdated as you can often feel the floor shaking at times upon it's arrival. Also tends to be sort of slow which is crummy when there's lots of people checking in at one time.

Stayed at the Pinnacle for 3 nights, and I can't say I thought very much of it for the price point. The service was amazing and the staff (especially the housekeeping staff) were extremely kind, but the rooms themselves, I can't say I thought very much of them. A collection of mismatched colours and decor, an annoying cable TV system, but most odd No power points next to the beds. The foyer and the amenities are nice, but there's no lounge at the top of the building to take in the beautiful view. It's a nice hotel, but for the price You're paying for the beautiful (quite noisy) view, but the excellent service would make up for that, the staff have been extremely kind and the service was without a doubt excellent
