The staff is truly remarkable. I had an AirBnB fall through and I was at a café with my mother, and two small children. In the time it took for us to drive over they had put a crib in our suite. This is my new favourite hotel in Vancouver and I will definitely be back. A nice bonus is the in-room dining was quite good and very reasonable.

This hotel is excellent, luxurious but not pretentious with great customer service oriented staff. I felt so well taken care of. I highly recommend the valet parking service if you have a car. The roof top pool, hot tub and the gym and lovely breakfast lounge were icing on top of the cake. The room was very clean and well decorated. You can't even ask for a better location in Vancouver, walkable to everything. Highly recommend it. Rare experience to have it all in one place!

The nicest hotel in Vancouver. The staff is absolutely wonderful, really helpful and they remember details from your previous stay, really adds a personal touch. The rooms are gorgeous, very large, huge if you book a suite. Some of the rooms have a kitchen so it’s very convenient to have a full size fridge and dishes, etc. Bed is very comfortable, they have a beautiful fitness centre, pool and hot tub. I highly recommend this and the prices are very reasonable for the quality you’re getting.

Absolutely love this hotel and will stay at the hotel again the next time. Very comfortable beds and the sheets are luxuriously smooth. Personalised touches such as a welcome note in the room and remembering revisits with a 'welcome back' note. Very short-term storage facilities available at the hotel should you need to store your luggage there for a few days until you return. Good service and friendly staff members. Besides making you feel at home, they make you feel special.

L'Hermitage is an exceptional hotel, and proved to be the perfect choice for our honeymoon in Vancouver. The hotel delivers in every respect, with exceptional service, staff that always go the extra mile to delight, and an impeccable room and facilities. It's simply how I wish every hotel - and indeed every business - was run. We can't wait to come back.

Great boutique hotel near gas town. We were met by friendly staff who were very accommodating. Clean rooms, good breakfast and a nice pool. Would definitely come back here.

I'm not exaggerating when I say this hotel has provided the best service I've had at a hotel ever. Celebrated my first anniversary with my wife and Elena and team were the most responsive, accommodating staff I've ever dealt with. We arrived early and were able to check in to a nice corner view room right next to the post on the fifth floor. There are steam rooms, pool, jacuzzi, gym, business center, breakfast options and also a nice restaurant downstairs (Medina). Free umbrella and bike rentals, and valet car service as well. Very pleased with our stay and the service, thanks for a great weekend!

One of the best overall hotels I've stayed in around the world. It feels VERY personal. The staff is incredible, accommodating, attentive, but not overtly so. Beautiful furnishings and rooms.

As usual a wonderful experience and stay. The staff is extremely professional, accommodating and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Vancouver for business or pleasure.
The rooms are luxuriously furnished, marble bathrooms, nice linens, turn down service all around excellent product, conveniently located in the centre of downtown.response / report this review -

My stay was amazing. The suite was exceedingly clean, the service was always polite despite my incessant questioning, and the amenities provided were spectacular. The location downtown was great as we had an ample amount of choices for restaurants and there was valet parking to avoid the nightmare of finding parking downtown. Overall it really was a 5 star experience. They even upgraded our stay to a deluxe package when we arrived. I would highly recommend it to my friends.

The classiest hotel I've ever been too. Very clean and well furnished. We got a good deal through Expedia. Valet parking only cost $28 per night but it's quite convenient. Great place to stay.

We celebrated our one year wedding anniversary with three nights at the hotel. The suite was amazing and we had a wonderful anniversary treat from the hotel staff when we arrived. The hotel and suite were very clean with great service. The location was perfect to get everywhere in the area. We loved out time and would stay again.
