Came on business and stayed 3 nights. My room (suite) had a great view. It was really clean and modern. Importantly the bed was comfortable and I was able to adjust the temperature to what I wanted. I would be happy to have to stay here again.

Good hotel, nicely renovated rooms with cheerful service. I like the app for checking on/out. I was a bit disappointed in the front desk staff, who rather than looking up our Marriott rewards number gave us a phone number to call. After some push-back from us they called the number and sorted it out for us, but that should have been their default customer service position, as it's their program. Good little bar, with good beer and wine selection, and good service.

Everything about our stay was excellent. The hotel was able to accommodate and early check-in and gave us an upgrade to a partial ocean view room. The room was nicely decorated and furnished. However I found the entry way in the room to be lacking in lighting. Would be nice to have another light. The shower was fantastic! We really appreciated the cookies on arrival and the complimentary bottles of water beside the bed. Hotel location was perfect for us. Close to all areas we intended to visit during our stay.

This hotel just received a beautiful modern renovation. Super comfy bed and has all the amenities one would expect. Friendly, knowledgeable staff at check-in. Stayed on the 22nd floor, which afforded us spectacular views of the city. The only detractor from the whole experience was that we could hear the elevator mechanism during the quiet of the night. Will definitely stay here again!

I have never stayed there as I live a few blocks away. Owning a tour company in Vancouver ("Vancouver by Locals"), I have dozens of clients who stayed there and all of them talk highly positively about Delta.

The staff is super friendly, they always welcome my guests with cookies, a bottle of cold water and many welcoming smiles.

Location is superb.

As a local, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone planning a trip to beautiful Vancouver!

Smaller then expected room considering it was a suite. Staff were great. Very friendly and helpful. Ordered room service at 5:20pm. Didn't receive food until 6:15pm. Don't know if this is normal. Ordered crab cakes which were decent. Buttermilk fried chicken with mash potatoes. Chicken was supposedly sous vide but was very dry and the coating was not crispy at all. Gravy was quite salty.

We stayed one night, had 3 rooms on Marriott points and were very impressed with the hotel and staff. They were so warm and friendly, we were very pleased with the service. In addition, after our Disney cruise, we had 6 or 8 hours to explore Vancouver and they stored our bags for us, called us taxis and gave us cold water. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. Picture from our room.

We enjoyed two nights stay in the Delta Hotel and were very pleased. Our room was newly remodeled and decorated with a nice selection of wall covering, flooring, furniture and art. The room was generous in size and efficiently laid out. Other hotel spaces were clean, up to date and tastefully appointed. The hotel staff was friendly and eager to accommodate. Our party dined in the hotel restaurant and found a nice selection of delicious freshly prepared items. The historic Gastown shopping district and waterfront is within easy walking distance of the hotel. I was very pleased with my stay.

Room was supposed to be ready at 3pm but wasn't available until 7 which was a very frustrating experience when you're paying nearly $650/night. Bath towels and products seemed very cheap as well. Staff however were friendly and their room renovations looked nice and clean. I'll definitely be staying elsewhere next time.

This hotel is wrapping up renovations, and all I can say is, "Wow!" I was fortunate to be in a suite, which was extraordinarily comfortable and felt like a(n upscale) home away from (my downscale) home. Provided soaps were fantastic. All hotel staff were warm, courteous and friendly - I felt like a welcomed and valued guest. Though this is outside of my usual budget, I absolutely hope I have an opportunity to stay here again. Well done!!!

I had the privilege of staying in a beautiful renovated room for a week and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was stylish and very chic. I felt like I was staying in a classy condo! The best part of my stay was the shower!!! Really soothing and felt like standing under a warm rainfall! I'd come back just for that!! The staff are what makes this hotel special. They go out of their way to make you comfortable and always with a smile. The location is right in the heart of downtown.. so many cool cafes and restaurants a 5 min walk away. Also, close to public transit! I will be back for sure. Thank you Delta!

Have stayed longer term in the Delta downtown and love the hotel! The new renovated rooms are awesome! Staff has been more than attentive and super friendly. This is a great central location with all kinds of restaurants and cafes for dining, lunch or just to chill. You will never be disappointed booking a stay here. Highly recommended.

Staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. Came here as part of a late birthday celebration and they went went the extra step to really make sure they could do their part in making our stay appreciated and positive. The location was also conveniently close for daytime and nighttime destinations.

Rooms themselves are very clean, especially the bathroom. They can use updating for modern conveniences/styles but they are about to start updating rooms for a more modern look and feel.

Compared to other hotels downtown with a similar price, this hotel and the best to offer and is definitely going to remain as a go-to in the future.

I stayed there last week for 3 nights. The girl that checked me is was super sweet and nice. It was my first time in Vancouver. Location of the hotel it is literally across the street from Space Needle, right in down town. walking distance to many places and landmarks such as Financial District, Waterfront subway (sky train) station, steam clock, Canada Place, Stanley Park, Science Center and many more. I got room on 16th floor and had great view of the city, rooms have big windows. Room was very clean. I had two TVs one in the main room and one in my bedroom. They have gym which was also very clean with fresh towels and wet towels in the mini fridge and fresh apples every day. Front desk associates were very friendly and had answers for me as far as where to go and places to visit. Next time i am in Vancouver i will definitely stay there. Its location is perfect, clean rooms and great service. I hope i get high floor next time as well :-)
Almost forgot you get chocolate cookie at check in and i also got few coupons to local attractions.
