Food was good, service was above what I would expect, decor and facility was beautiful. Would host event here again. Facilities were immaculately clean. Hotel was smaller than I expected but still had high end feel despite not seeming grandoise.

The Market by Jean Georges was amazing Great food, incredible staff, ready to help and extremely respectfulwe had a birthday party there and they brought us candles and chocolate covered strawberries, as well as a birthday card on behalf on the staff! Staff as very attentive. Food was great and at very reasonable price.. Extremely happy with the experience will definitely go there again

Service was great. Room smaller but cozy, great intimate atmosphere. A bit too much lighting around screens which made colours on slides appear more bland. Probably a settings issue. Food excellent. Upmarket and high class location

The hotel is very classy and comfortable, and the staff were courteous and helpful. There is a nice grocery store across the plaza and many great restaurants are nearby. Free WiFi is included and it seemed reliably and speedy. The main television offers Chromecast in addition to the usual offerings. There's a second television in the bathroom mirror, ostensibly for catching the morning news and weather. The lights and blinds were configurable through wall switches via "scenes".

Went to Market by Jean George for dinner with friends. Best service ever. Our server was patient, got me a blanket because I was shivering in the AC and even turned up the heat for me even though there were others dining in the same room. Very thoughtful service. And to cap it all off, he wouldn't even let us tip him extra - wha?!!! Food was great as well, I got the toasted chicken. Cooked perfectly and wasn't dry like typical chicken breast.

Rooms and service were great! Bathrooms were very clean and luxurious. The duck course from the five course wedding menu I had was not good at all. The meat was dry and the skin was not crispy. Packed flavour as well. The remaining four dishes were delicious. Service was good but not great. Needed a bit of tweaking. Had to ask for drink refills more than once.

Only came for Market, our server was all right, I particularly liked the woman who seated us. She seemed to me like a manager and welcomed us despite our poor dress. Food was also quite nice but there are even more delicious options in the same price range.

Attended a beautiful wedding. Hotel staff really went above and beyond; very courteous and attentive. The buffet was very well received by everyone. The venue was beautiful and the view from the balcony was great.

My husband and I had a fabulous stay here. Customer service was impeccable. Can't wait to stay at a Shangri La again. Would highly recommend this hotel.

I thought the 5 star hotel would have something different but it's relatively the same as other 4 stars as far room setup is considered. Don't need to spend $300+ to stay here when I could get the same service at around ~$200.

Myself and my family booked a table for 6 at the market restaurant. The atmosphere was formal yet friendly. Our waitress was very attentive and had good knowledge of the menu. The food tasted great and we had a lovely time. The only concern we had was the menu could have been slightly more ambitious and creative.

Service was absolutely fantastic. We stopped by Market for dinner and had a great customer service experience. I had the parm chicken and wasn't too crazy about it, my favorites here have always been the seafood selection, so I'd recommend those over anything else. The drinks and deserts are delicious as well. The warm chocolate cake is a must have!!

Visited the spa for a couple's massage with my wife. Used the outdoor hot tub before hand. Enjoyed complimentary herbal tea at the spa, strawberry water in the pool. Masseuse was great, attentive and communicative. All staff at the hotel were lovely, upbeat and very helpful. Haven't had many massages, but this was definitely the best experience I've had!
