Love the location! staff are friendly. Close to places we wanted to go. Clean and love the smell. Room service is not expensive. Big portions and very tasty. Free big portion breakfast that i have to ask them to just give me half portion 😆. Mall is jst 1 block away.

Wonderful hotel! Super friendly and helpful staff, and the room was very clean. The bed was especially comfy and the breakfast was great. I’ll definitely stay here again whenever I’m back in Vancouver!

Really a fantastic stay at the St Regis in Vancouver. Room has everything you need, very well thought out, very comfortable. Staff was fantastic, very professional and eager tonassist in anyway they could, really a cut above. Breakfast was also quite good, good service and prepared very quickly. Certainly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, really made the tail end of a long business trip away from home and family much more bareable. Thank you St Regis, you will see me again.

This hotel was wonderful. The rooms are prestinely clean and have the most comfortable beds. All the staff from the gentlemen at the front desk, servers in the St. Regis bar are all on point, professional and a pleasure to deal with. The food is terrific. We would highly recommend it. Just left the hotel and miss it already. Would definitely stay there again!

Stayed here for 2016 and 2017 Vancouver Half Marathon. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean bathroom and beautiful bedroom. The only sad part is the room has no tub. Parking is in another building but the staff will help you. Overall very satisfactory. I got a box breakfast for my early race shuttle departure time. Merci!

The whole experience was amazing. Service was among the best I have ever had! Room was super clan and comfy beds. Modern amenities, and the shower was just perfect. The restaurant was pretty good as well, not cheep but tasty! Can't wait to go back and explore this amazing city more

I can't wait to come back to Vancouver to stay in this hotel again. Staff is exceptional. Bed is super comfy. Bathroom is awesome. Room service is delicious.

Absolutely beautiful boutique hotel. Staff were super friendly, prices were reasonable and the bed super comfy! It's the little extras though that make it better than the competition. Free to order breakfast, gym access and even bottles of water in the room. We will be back!

Pros: Heated floors in bathroom, spacious bathroom, ginormous TV, safe large enough to hold your laptop, great location, well appointed decor, complimentary water and chocolates.
Cons: Tiny rooms, soft beds (I guess this depends on what you like), tiny closet, tiny elevator, no fridge in room, water in shower doesn't get quite hot enough, restaurant was meh for breakfast.response / report this review -

Best happy hour deals. It's close by to the Granville and waterfront train stations and has a nice old-timey pub feel.

Beautiful historic property. Fantastic bed in a room with lots of windows. Nice big flatscreen with lots of HD programming. Free and ample breakfast made to order. I'd stay here again.
