There were two rooms I viewed in which friends were staying one did not have a TV while one did, the other didn't have an
Exhaust on the washroom while the other did, neither had mini fridges for which there was space. Overall the lobby looked nice but the rooms could use lots of care. Is decent for a place to sleep but nothing extravagantresponse / report this review -

Went here for weekend getaway with the family. We do had stayed here before so we thought we would go back. It was not very busy. The pool was empty so the kids had it all to themselves both days. They loved that. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The bathroom only had a pedestal sink so it was very lacking in counter space. Not a very good design for a family. Surprised we had to pay for parking as 2 years before it was freeI. Guess they need to make more money. Would have given it 5 stars if it were not for the loud people below us who were drinking beer on the balcony and noisy till 3am.

This place makes spending the extra $40.00 per night somewhere else worth while. The staff are the only saving grace. Management needs to spend some money and paint. These rooms all used to be smoking rooms and you can absolutely tell.

Stayed here October 13-15 for my birthday, had a great time.. room was amazing, Court- Yard. King, jazzuze tub Steak dinner at Remington's next door and the staff singing Happy birthday karaoke style breakfast at Applebee'swe upgraded Staff very friendly and helpful both check in and out..and a Thank you to Carrie our room was cleaned

Location was just steps to Clifton hill where all the attractions are. People who work there were nice and friendly. The room was fairly basic, but very clean. I only needed the room for sleep! Would go back again as the prices were fair.

I loved this place. People call it outdated but honestly the bed was incredibly comfortable. The jacuzzi was so relaxing and clean. Room service was great ! On site pool and hot tub were lovely. And everything was a short walk away. Loved this hotel. Saving hundreds compared to other hotels and getting everything I did. I was impressed! Thanks days inn for the wonderful stay. I will be returned

The location was great, but the hotel wasn't very clean. When we checked in, there was any empty vodka bottle under the bed, and a piece of chocolate left on the floor.
Edit: So, my wife and I were getting ready to leave, and my car battery was dead. No big deal, right? I went to the main desk to ask for a jump start. I have my own cables, just needed someone to park next to me for five minutes to give me enough juice to get started. The lady at the desk called a supervisor to check, and while we were waiting for a call back, I went to the car to get it ready, and my wife stayed at the desk. A few minutes later, my wife came to the car, and informed me that they will not help. They said the only option was to call a cab and pay $15 for a jump are you serious? There isn't one employee at the hotel that can be spared for a few minutes to help a paying customer? Hands down, the worst customer service I have ever experienced.response / report this review -

This hotel seems to be all nice on the outside. I thought that from all the pictures it would be one of those nice courtyard type hotels, I was mislead. If you stay in the building I'm sure it's lovely, but the courtyard. I spent WAY to much money to be staying in this hotel. It felt like a motel but the price of a hotel. There were holes and wires throughout our hotel room. The door doesn't shut unless you slam it shut hard. But don't worry there's safety tips available for you on the back of your key card to make sure nothing happens. The location is the only thing this hotel has. Hopefully some people will read this before booking the courtyard. And I'm sure I wasn't the only one fooled I saw the looks on others when they saw the courtyard. There is absolutely no pictures online because they want you to get tricked.

There aren't enough negative, condemning, damning, adjectives in the human vocabulary to properly describe the steaming pile that is this property. To say the rooms are old, smelly, and dirty is the understatement of the year. You can have your own Bird's nest in your room air-conditioner - you can try and make your TV work with faulty wiring - you can try and sleep in a double bed that comes from a 19th century army barracks with bedding on it that fits a single - you can alternately freeze or sweat to death, your choice. But hey, you get to pay an extra charge to them for, let me see.no reason at all!, except that they demand it for a 'tourist fee'. This is a completely misrepresented, scum sucking snake of an organization that doesn't deserve your spit. Stay away from this hole, spend a couple more dollars and maybe this dung heap will disappear from the face of the earth like it so richly deserves.

We stayed at in the courtyard rooms. The hotel clerk was nice. Rooms were not the greatest. The door wouldn't close all the way and the bottom is about an inch off the ground so we got a lot of noise and draft. But it's a cheaper hotel that is really close to Clifton hill, which is nice

The rooms in the main building are great! The ones in the outer building not as nice. Our room was at 10 degrees when we arrived. Neighbours had loud music playing late into the night, but the loud heater covered most of the sound. Pool was nice but the hot tub needed a good cleaning.

My husband and I checked in around 10pm on Sunday March 12th. Jessica was pleasant when checking us in at room #146 which is outside the Inn building. Upon entering, we noticed straight away that the room was cold. We waited an hour before requesting a room with heat. Jessica moved us to room #145. Upon entering, we noticed the room to be warmer. After an hour, we noticed that the heat turns on/off by itself even when set on HIGH. We didn't want to get out of bed the next morning because the room temp was below 15 Degrees Celsius. We were very uncomfortable and now have cough/cold.
We requested for a room inside the building. Jessica advised that it would be $20-$30 extra. At this point now around 11:30pm and at -25 Degrees Celsius (real feel) outside, it would've been appropriate to upgrade at no charge. Rooms were available inside the building and it's likely that no one will be booking at that time. It's not like we're complaining about the low budget rooms. We just wanted HEAT.
Upgrades shouldn't be based on single/couple/family/race/etc Rather, put the needs and safety of the customer first.response / report this review -

Was not told our room would be outside, Our water in the shower repeatedly went scalding hot for no reason as well as went cold, and we had no mini fridge in the room which is something I find common in other hotels. The indoor pool, Hot tub and sauna were very nice however. If our room were in the main building I feel it would have been a nicer stay. Friends in those rooms were no having the water issues.
