Clean, newly renovated, large rooms that sleep 6, many with a great view. Very friendly staff. My only complaint was the towels, both in the room and by the pool, are too small and too course. Bring your own toiletries - what they provide in rooms is space. Overall a great value for our family trip.
Amazing experience. better than the first time I stayed there (which was still pretty good). This Niagara Falls hotel now has just been renovated and new ownership. The front desk was so personable. It was one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. Highly recommended as the best hotel in Niagara Falls especially after the new renovations.
Check in was easy and rooms were great at first glance. Then, the chair was broken and the sink leaked. The pool is really dirty. The staff were not very welcoming or knowledgeable about the area. But it's in a great location and a half decent view. We still had a great trip !
Would recommend considering this place if you're looking to stay within the core area of Niagara Falls without having to spend a lot. The only downfall is that you have to pay for parking. They recently renovated the place so the hotel lobby and room we stayed in was nice and clean. Everything was within walking distance so no need to drive around. Also, you will have to pay additional if you want to have breakfast as it is not free.
Booked one room with two queen beds for a night. Check in was fast and easy. The staff was very friendly. They charged an additional $12 CAD per day for parking which I really think should be included with the room. Not sure why parking would be a separate cost. Our room on the 8th floor was fairly large and the in room AC worked well. The room seemed like it would be in a good position to see the falls but the only window was not faced toward them. We didn't use the pool or the fitness center so I can't comment on those.
Front reception was friendly. The rooms were modern and in good condition. TV channel selection was poor. The beds appeared made when we checked-in but the sheets and bed covers bunched up or pulled off entirely through the night.
Nice hotel close to Clifton Hill and all the attractions.it is undergoing a much needed renovation. the new room's look very nice.the lobby is next to be updated.plenty of onsite parking And the fee is smaller than other hotels in the area.
Hotel is currently under construction due to substantial interior updating. Our floor had been fully done and the suite room was very nice. New beds, linens, bathrooms which were quite large. The suite had 2 queen beds plus a pull out sofa bed so easily slept 6 (4 adults and 2 kids). Carpets in hallways were nice and new as well. Only a couple minute walk to Clifton Hill and many restaurants. Would definitely stay again.
The location of the hotel was perfect. Everything is within walking distance. It was inexpensive so you get what you pay for. There was construction going on during our visit but the website let us know. For those that care, it is a little outdated.
We booked a two night stay. upon check in we were told that the hotel was under renovation . What a surprised and there was NO internet. Elevator was marked with construction dirt and dust same price with neighborimg hotels but sucks . You will not enjoy it. Staff are accommodating gave us free parking.
