We stayed at the Sheraton the night of December 6th for one night, and our stay was wonderful! Before we even got to our room, we were showered with vouchers for local restaurants and breweries and the staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I wish I could remember the gentleman’s name who checked us in, but he was great! When we got to our room, we were not disappointed! The view of both the Falls was breathtaking and the room itself was very clean and upscale. It was quiet and peaceful throughout the night and our stay was one to remember. My only knock is that the elevator button must have been broken on our floor. We had to press it many times in order for it to register and it would take a really really long time to actually pick us up. Other than that, everything was great and we would definitely recommend!

Disappointed that we were put into a small room without a window at first. Thankfully they were quick to change us into a room we felt was appropriate for the price. Great outdoor pool with nice views, it would be amazing if there was a whirlpool tub up there. We weren't told about the free bus passes and had to ask about it ourselves. The free bus was great for our family with young kids who tired quickly from all the walking. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Beautiful hotel with amazing views. I loved how close it was to everything, Clifton Hill, arcades, water parks, Casino Niagara! You don't even have to go outside! (which is ideal for Niagara Falls winters). The rooms are very clean, with beautiful fire places, and nice little Juliette style balconies. on the Falls-view side there are spectacular views of the American and Canadian falls.

This is a great hotel to stay at. It's close to all the amusement activities near the falls and had many restaurants within walking distance. It's within walking distance to the Hornblower cruise and close to the tourist bus which takes you down to the falls. It's a great central location. The rooms are nice. We stayed in a Fallsview room, which had a great view of both falls. While the pool was small and a little disappointing, all the other bonuses outweigh it. The staff are friendly and helpful. It was my birthday and our wedding anniversary and they offered us either a bottle of wine or piece of cake Sent up to the room 😊 Hotel parking is close and you can walk inside to get to it (the parking garage is connected to another building. Overall, I would stay here again.

nicely appointed with great views overlooking the Falls. comfortable beds, convenient conference facilities - especially when you get a room right on the same floor. Starbucks in the lobby; Sweet Jesus ice cream in the gift shop.

*TIP* this hotel (including Starbucks & gift shop etc) & many other businesses in the area add a Tourism Improvement Fee to your bill without advising you. you can opt out of it and we did, once we knew about it. we wondered why it seemed their tax rate was around 19.8%!

overall, well located and comfortable stay.

Great family hotel. Staff is super friendly and provided me with excellent tips regarding attractions to visits and times. A. Room with a falls view is worth it as you see the Canadian horseshoe falls and morning falls as well as a view of a beautiful local park. Rooms are clean. Hallways need to be updated but convenient they have a Starbucks and gift store on site!

Great view of the falls if you ask for a falls view room. Some of the rooms are seen as a falls view even if the are the side of the hotel, if you can see the falls. If this is important to you, ask for a room on the front of the hotel facing the falls. On busy weekends the rooms can be ready late - I only got my room at 16:15. If you want to make sure you get a room when you get there, phone ahead and specify that you need your room ready early. Rooms need a revamp, however service is generally very good.
Update: there was a mistake on my bill. I pointed this out and it took more than 10 minutes for the person at reception to understand how to resolve this. Eventually she said that because it was a Saturday, the finance department was not available, it would reverse the charge on Monday. This did not happen. I had to follow up. Then the bill mistake transaction was sent to me, which was clearly a different name and billed to my room before I checked in. I then had to follow up again and ask for it to be taken off my bill. Sorry, Sheraton, you have moved down in my rating for making me do the admin around your mistake.

Great view of the Falls with the accompanying lullaby sound. Room was nice, clean with a 4 star appointment. However, the stand up shower was for any adult over 5'! Indoor pool was hot and chlorine saturated with no ventilation - do not venture in here if you enjoy your peace and quiet. Not only will you not get that you will come out more tense and agitated then you were before going in. Outdoor pool is a beauty - lots of space, fair size, with a lot of space and a fantastic view of the lake. Service was excellent.

Amazing location! Kids eat free between 5-6pm at the falls view diner. With tip your looking at about 120$ 2 adults 2 kidsbut food was great and the views are amazing.really worth the experience.considering dinner at a decent restaurant for a family of 4 costs about 70-90$ so 120$ for the falls view diner was way worth it! Great service too.
    Would definitely stay again.
Bathrooms could be more clean, the room had a window to a concrete wallwe would have appreciated a heads up and options to upgrade, overall very good service and cozy room.

Great location. Nice rooms. Beautiful hotel. No hot tub. Outdoor pool has a nice view but both indoor and outdoor pools are small. We apparently needed to request our room get cleaned if we wanted it done before 5pm. That was frustrating and apparently due to some ridiculous policy preventing housekeeping from having any autonomy to intelligently determine which rooms to clean first. Also, we had to get our room key reset twice. Front desk is seemingly not particularly efficient either. Seemed to take forever each time and the line wasn't very long.

I stayed at Sheraton on the Falls for my first visit to Niagara Falls.. It was amazing! Had a view to die for of the Falls and skyline. The staff were friendly and wonderful. Room was spacious and bed comfortable all for a very good price especially knowing I didn't need additional parking at the falls

Not a bad property. Amazing view but my first room had a bed that was wet with something that didn't smell so good. They did transfer me rooms but it was late and did offer points but I find it maybe wasn't enough. I'll give them a second chance though because the rooms are nice when you get past that one little housekeeping blunder.

The hotel had a beautiful view and wonderful staff. My major issue is the tackiness of blocking HDMI on TVs to force us to pay into their television/movie packages. We paid more than enough for the stay and even more on top of it eating in your restaurant. Marriott hotels have never pulled this stunt on me so I don't understand the Sheraton Hotel's need to do so. Apart from that, it was a great stay.

Came here for a couples massage and the spa was breathtaking. Stunning views with very large beautiful bathrooms and saunas. The massage itself was relaxing and one of the best I've had. A really pampering experience! Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to treat themselves.

Front desk was very helpful upon arrival! Rooms were nice with comfortable beds. Loved the tub but the shower was small in order to have the jacuzzi and the corner was sharp on the shower door. View of the falls was wonderful and being able to open the door to outside was a nice change from other hotels. Restaurant was great for breakfast and accommodated my strict dietary needs, however it did close before 930PM even though hours say until 10PM. Choosing your convenient room cleaning time was also a positive experience! Fridge on the room was a bit too cold and froze some of our items just to be aware of. Fireplace didn't emit much heat but added a very nice ambiance to the evenings with the falls in view! Overall a lovely experience with just a few small areas for improvement :)
