I found this place clean and well maintained. The water park is well staffed and I feel the guest are well taken care of. I would definitely bring my family back here again. That said, the bathroom floor on our room was very cold. Not sure why.

Hotel is not bad. Quite old and needs updating. very limited parking but there is a parking structure across. They had movie night when we were there where they set up the projector in the inner courtyard and the kids liked the sleepover feel of it. Good for families and the hotel packages were okay.

It was an okay time we spent at the water park with our 3 year old son. Our main gripe comes from the fact that our son was to short to go on any of the fun slides. He was literally only able to go down 3 small slides. It would of been nice if they could let people know that before booking. Rooms were not that comfortable because they all face in toward a "court yard" which means no window or view, plus you hear lots of traffic of people walking around and talking. At a discount this place would be worth it but not at full price.

Hotel is in great condition, rooms are very clean and tidy. Very convenience access to the water park, close to the casino and Clifton Hill attractions. I accidentally left my passports and cash in the room after checking out, but the staff of the hotel named Jane had kept my stuffs securely in the safety box so I could get everything back later. Very professional and I was really appreciated. Staffs in the front desk were very helpful also.

We stayed in a 3 bed guest room for our party of 6. The room was basic, but met expectations for the price. Only comment on the room was that they should provide towels equal to the number of guests. We did not eat in the hotel. We had a water park package and had easy walking access to the water park, which was excellent for our preteen group.

Not a bad place
Good for families on a budget with young ones..
Close enough and walkable to most all attractions. ..
Really needs new carpet, throughout and some brighter fresh paint.

We stayed at the Skyline Hotel this past weekend and had a great time. The only reason it got a 3 star rating from me is because the rooms are not at a 5 star level. We stayed in one of their courtyard rooms and it was very nice. This hotel is great for families with children,and the courtyard gives a nice indoor space for kids to run around. They also offer hotel packages that include passes to an indoor water park. In the courtyard, they host movie nights for the kids for free, with popcorn. The hotel and room were very clean, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. This hotel is right next to Casino Niagara and only a few minutes walk from Clifton Hill -- great location.
I will definitely go back to the Skyline Hotel!response / report this review -

The hotel itself is very nice. We stayed in the 3 queen room, and it was quite spacious. The only concern that I would voice is for people planning to park at the hotel. The parking fee is $19.00 per night per vehicle. There is some parking in a small garage under the hotel, otherwise you are directed to park in the Casino parking garage and walk back to the hotel. This may work for some, but I had my elderly mother with me, and it was not convenient for us. Other hotels in the Clifton Hill area have more accessible on site parking.

We stayed at Skyline Hotel and Waterpark. The service was great. Front desk was efficient during check in and check out process. Rooms were clean with plenty of towels. The Waterpark was clean and well maintained. Would visit again.

We stayed one night at the hotel. It was a satisfactory experience. With the early checkout time and later checkin time it would have been better to stay two nights and use the water park an entire day. The children enjoyed the water park. It was nothing special. Do not eat at the attached Perkins restaurant. They have inflated their prices to ridiculous levels. Other places have too. And this is on top of the almost 4% additional Niagara Falls tax. Search around via the internet as there seem to be other restaurants that do not overcharge.

Room was freezing! During our last trip, our room was soo cold, despite the heater being turned up. We contacted front desk, who had a maintenance man come in immediately to check it and said the heater was working and didn't know why it was cold. He offered to get us a portable heater which we accepted and it helped a great deal, except for in the bathroom ( which was like a freezer) and for obvious reasons we couldn't use the electric heater in there. We were too tired after a long day to move with our family of 5 to another room. We have stayed here numerous times and are usually quite pleased. There was another family who complained about the same thing when we checked out. Hope the heating issue can be sorted because this is a clean, family friendly hotel in a great location.

Good hotel. Small lobby. Nice room, but a little noisy (upstairs guests steps could be easily heard).
Good access to the water park.

I LOVE this Waterpark. The slides are great, the water playground for children is huge, and they have a separate section for toddlers and babies. Bother the wave and outdoor pools are very nice, and there's even an indoor playground for when the kids want to play dried off after food! Towels are ALWAYS on ready supply, and they have water-diapers, again, for families. Highly recommend this place if you have children!!!
