Great hotel across the street from the waterpark and casino. A bit pricey but worth it for the location, amenities and the amazing all-u-can-eat breakfast buffet including make-your-own waffles. Great value if you're staying here with a family.

Nice hotel. Very quiet. Comfy beds. Breakfast was reasonably good and lots of it. Didn't use the pool but it was very well used from what I did see of it. Easy parking and only a 10-15 minute walk down to The Falls. Free coffee was rough but overall it was a good choice and would recommend.

Clean, good size room, comfy bed. Free breakfast includes hot food usually eggs, sausage patties or sausages and French toast are options which seems to change daily, so if your not keen on what is served one day, it's worth checking back the next. Cereal fruit and waffles are always available. The coffee is on the weak side, not the best if you like a strong cup. Staff are friendly and helpful. You will not have a room with a view, but you will be close to the main drag- 5 minute walk to Rainbow Bridge, Wego bus. About 12 min walk to Falls. Lots of great restaurants and activities nearby. Reasonably priced. There is also an indoor pool and Fitness centre.

Very nice staff here they are very informative and help where they can. Rooms are nice seem clean and well taken care of. It's location is pretty good it is in walking distance to the American falls is a bit farther to the horseshoe falls. Not a big deal if you don't mind walking there is lots of stuff to see on your walk.

The location was great, walking distance to everything! The staff at the hotel where all very pleasant and helpful. A good breakfast was included. Our family had a great weekend there!

Very nice hotel, decent location relative to Clifton Hill, Casino Niagara and the falls themselves. Everything inside seemed very new, which was great. No qualms about recommending to anyone else to stay. Good hot breakfast also.

Over all a good experience. The room was really nice and clean. We booked the room last minute and hot a great deal for the room with a king bed and a Jacuzzi. Great service and great staff. The only one thing was that didn't enjoy the Buffet Breakfast much. They could have done better.

Staff were helpful and friendly. This hotel was a good price and I would recommend staying here to anyone. Fair warning though : make sure your car is locked at all times. Someone went into my car while I stepped away to go get coffee and swiped all my change/car charger unit.

Convenient location, pull out couch was not super comfy, but was serviceable. Noise from the hall was a little insane, you could hear passer by like they were in the room. Key also was finicky about working to let us into the room, always took multiple tries

I couldn't ask for a better place for our first family vacation. We had the 1 bedroom suite and it was beautiful. Very clean, up to date, and perfect. They were doing renovations but you would never know it. The staff were great especially Ruth the breakfast attendent. She entertained my young girls so I could get my own breakfast. She was great.

Most important, beds were clean and comfortable. Guy at front desk with soft radio voice was great and really helpful. We would stay here again.

Rooms were a bit dated and breakfast buffet was just OK. Good coffee, great waffles. Eggs were strange prefab white pancakes with what looked like a sprayed on yoke. And I'm a cranberry juice drinker so a bit upset they only had apple and orange juice.

Amazing!! We had so much fun we will definitely be returning again. The staff are so friendly and accommodating, the breakfast has a variety of food to choose from, the rooms are comfortable, clean and classy. It is walking distance from the main strip. The hotel is clean and quiet throughout. They take special care in ensuring complete customer comfort and satisfaction. I am so happy we stayed here, we are coming again for Christmas next year!! P.S. The pool is amazing, comfortable and most of all clean!!
