A one or two day vacation spot for the kids. Accommodates all ages with something to do for all when you factor in Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-lake. While at the hotel you still need to keep an eye on the littlest ones. Service in the hotel was excellent all around, buffet lounge food was good, and the water park was lots of fun with small lineups during the weekdays. Theme room was OK, the TV in the kids room did not get a good signal. The beds in the room were not restful in general even though they looked inviting at the end if the day. The main lobby reception and lounge were very cheerful however the wizard themed hallways were demure. The place needed a cheerful makeover with updated colours. Breakfast and dinners were great, skip lunch if you can. Get out of the building and see Niagara!

Always an excellent time at Great Wolf Lodge! We take our kids around Christmas every year and it's magical. There's an indoor snowfall, Santa visits and the decorations are very nice. Besides the water park, playing MagiQuest and hanging out in the arcade are also highlights of our stay. We find the rooms to be perfect for two adults and two kids and the beds are quite comfy. My only complaint is the price of the food on site and the options available are very limited.

1st timer with two kids and it was a Great experience. Very friendly helpful staff. Very clean hotel.. Great breakfast buffet and the water park was amazing with very short or no line ups as we were there on a Tuesday / Wednesday. Will definitely be back! Thanks again to all the awesome staff.

We celebrated our girls birthday at Great Wolf Lodge this Weekend. They made the experience truly memorable. Kids had an amazing time and are looking forward to going back to school yo tell all their friends.
What made the trip unforgettable for us is the customer service. We had left a few bags on a ledge with our stuff in them including the wands and and t-shirts from the trip. The house keeping staff found the items right away. When we called they were able to get all the items shipped to us.
Thank you to the amazing staff at the Great Wolf Lodge. We are looking forward to our next trip.response / report this review -

We went there for Halloween weekend stayed in the Grand Wolf suite it was really nice clean and a good size, they had a lot of activities planned for that weekend along with face painting and scavenger hunt. The water park itself was very clean and well supervised, great for kids off all ages. We got the food plan which was great because we had all meals covered, the food at the buffet was good and had many options. desserts were delicious. Would definitely go back.

First time here and definitely will not be our last. We absolutely loved our stay there was so much to do. Get the paw pass for each child and buy the meal plan to save $$$ The service is impressive and the food was fantastic. Had a wonderful massage in the spa by Shannon. It was also the middle of October and they were set up for Halloween I’m so glad I called ahead and found out the kids could wear their costumes. They had a blast at the Halloween party and they loved the quest! The water park is awesome with some slides even adults will get a thrill from. We can’t wait to return to Great Wolf Lodge you guys know exactly what you are doing thank you so much my family really needed this.

spent a night at great wolf lodge September 24, my kids absolutely loved it. lots of activities and easy to navigate around. tips for people going on day of arrival just bring in a phone, and card to prove id as well as swim wear then head down to the water park until the room is ready. my only minor gripe was my room was not ready at 4pm which was a little irritating only because i wanted to put stuff in the fridge and it said at the lastest 4. other than that awesome trip will be going back.

After our fourth visit to Great Wolf Lodge we just had to review. Each visit was thoroughly enjoyed by all members of our family, big and small. Lots of activities for all ages and the facilities are very clean and well maintained. The level of customer service is exceptional and should be a model for other business to strive toward. We will be back again and again.

Our stay was absolutely unforgettable! The staff were all very kind and friendly, including the lifeguards and housekeeping! The water park was very professionally run, with an incredible response time for marty issues. Our room was magical, our kids were freaking out when they got there over how cool their beds were. Being in facilities maintenance myself, I tended to observe the fine details in the lodge. The lighting, wood trimmings, atmosphere all added to an experience that is calling us back (as soon as we can afford it).

After hearing many wonderful things about GWL we finally decided to take the kids. Happy to say that the resort lives up to its reputation. The water park is fantastic for both younger and older people children (and adults). The staff are spectacular, and it is truly genuine, they really do appear to love their jobs and the kids. The food is also great. Lots of choice and it tastes great. Would highly recommend Great Wolf Lodge.

So much fun for everyone! Our two boys would have stayed in the water all day! For those brave enough to ride the crazy drop zone or whatever its called will run back up to do it all over again! Best waterslide I have ever been on. The arcade was a hit for our guys as well. The room was clean and comfortable and the buffet breakfast was pretty good. I'm not normally a fan of buffets but this one for breakfast hit the spot. We may make this a yearly event :)

Went with my 22 month old daughter and was a bit concerned she was going to be a bit to young to enjoy the trip. I was wrong, she had a blast. They have lots of life jackets for little kids to borrow so there was less to pack and a lot less stress. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Room had lots of space for her to play in and they were fairly quite. Should have done story night both nights but was a bit worried she wouldn't sit still enough for it but it wasn't a problem. Great trip.

Super cute! We have a six year old son who was in his glory! He was so excited and was smiling the who time. This park was Disney caliber. I was pleasantly surprised at how well this park is put together. There is a ton of things to do besides just water slides. The food was also very good considering its a park. Definitely recommend if you like water slides with a character (animals) theme hotel. Room was large and clean.

Good hotel. The rooms are good, however the bathrooms are small. (Sink outside the washroom???) The whole room is also kind of dated. (Standard room with 2 queen beds) The meal package is definitely something you should buy unless you want to eat at other places in the city. Great Wolf Lodge prices are usually discounted near late-January to mid-February

I was at Great Wolf lodge in Niagara with my daughter, sun-in-law, two grand children ,and my husband. We all had a blast. The food was great. The staff were exceptional and the activities were awesome. Especially the wave pool. Loved it so much we went back again.
