Staff is not friendly. Blankets sucks. No business center. Nothing complimentary. Room was clean and smelled nice. Close casino Niagara, fairly far from tourist area.
I didn't find anywhere in the hotel that was worth taking a picture. It is a get in get out kind of vibe. The decor and atmosphere could use an upgrade
We had a great stay at this hotel. It was off the main strip, so a bit quieter, but only a 5 minute drive from everywhere you needed to be. Our bathroom faucet was leaking and he tub would not drain, and someone came up right away to fix the problem. The girl that checked us in was very honest and told us there was 3 hockey teams in. At least we were prepared for any noise, but there was none. Fast and easy check out as well. A great stay!
While not within walking distance of the falls or the touristy area, there is a lot of really cool stuff right around the hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The beds weren't great, but not the worst I've stayed on by far. The hotel staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful.
Nice hotel! Rooms are a bit dated, but comfortable. No free breakfast provided, but there is an IHOP in the lobby. Walking distance to Queen's Street, a fun local district that has car shows and other activities, as well as a local brewery and coffee shop. Close enough to the Falls and on the bus route. Definitely would stay again!
After coming to the Falls with my kids every summer, Ramada by the falls is the worst hotel ever. They are charging tourism improvement fee which is tourist tax. The tax is not approved by the township by law. The staff said is approved by the company and the guests are required to pay. The tourist tax is a scam! Secondly, the room is not clean and have bugs! At first I thought I got them outside, after the final sleep I realized I got them from the room. The housekeeping did a horrible job. After spending a whole day outside, the washroom still has my hair on the floor. The towels are missing and the bed are poorly made! I am definitely not recommend the hotel to the public.
At $40 a night, you're certainly getting what you pay for. At a higher price, I'd consider other options.
A solid 1.5 to 2 miles from any view of the falls. Rooms were reasonably clean. The rooms to the back of the building have a really cool view of the Buddhist temple next door. The WiFi is incredibly slow but fairly decent in the lobby. Beds are fine though my father complained they were a bit hard. Bathrooms are not very inviting but relatively clean. Not a very modern room but again, not much you can expect.
Reasonable price and right beside a the green WeGo stop. Great customer service from reception. Made our dinner reservation for us. Our room on the 1st floor had a musty smell because the carpets were just cleaned, so windows open and fan on! They gave us some air freshener as well. Our room was clean and fresh towels provided daily or when requested. Room could have been lit more as it felt dark all the time. Pool was clean and 4ft deep. No hot tub.
My fiance and I stayed over night with their romance package. Was nice. Rooms were clean. Only complaints were shower was super tiny and our jacuzzi tub jets didn't work. Still had a wonderful time. Beds were nice and we were given a bottle of wine and chocolates for the night! I would go again.
Stayed here overnight. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. The hotel was really close to the falls. The night shift manager was very accommodating and helpful. Would stay again!
Really appreciated the night shift clerk working with us to fix our reservation. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Great stay!
Really nice hotel close to everywhere. The lady at the desk (Crystal, I guess) were very friendly and helpful. The beds were really comfortable and the room was cery spacious and clean. I can only say I would love to have more shampoo in the room, and WiFi speed was insufficient But either way, the hotel itself was just awesome and I would really recommend it.
When arriving the woman at the front desk couldn't be ruder to my family or her own co-workers. It was hard to watch her talk to the other staff that was just trying to help her. The amenities listed includes a resturant.not true. Bathroom is small and had limited toiletries. Saving grace is that it was tidy when we came in and the beds are actually very comfortable.
