Very nice, clean hotel. FreshCo is right next door, Domino's and other fast food places all within a minute drive.

The waterpark could be a bit warmer. It's fairly small, but it doesn't seem that kids care.

Very nice arcade with plenty of games.

Was at a ball for FACS. A good time was had by all. Very impressed with every aspect. Americana did a great job. Well worth considering for balls, weddings and formal events.

Water park is big and beautiful! Tho it's not so big that you eyes on the kids in second flat :) Very clean and friendly , lots of staff around to assist. Would stay again in a second. Both my teenagers and 3 yr old had a blast and that's a big age gap to statisfy. Worth every penny!

My daughter and I stayed here Sept 22-24 2017 we felt this place is over rated. The bathtub wasn;t cleaned well. Poor communication by staff. some staff were rude. No one told us we had to pay for parking we did not get a choice they just charged us. They took $120 deposit when I asked about it at check out staff was rude and said she see no deposit. I will never stay here again. If I am paying $200 a night for a room you better be letting me park free. We stayed in room 106 it was noisy in the day and at night kids crying people outside noisy. Terrible.

As far as the pictures go the water park looks great. When you actually set foot inside, well that's a completely different story. I do wish my wife didn't drop $100 bucks a night on this place. The place across the street was the same thing for 39$ minus the water park.

Great place to take younger kids, Waterpark is on the smaller side and doesn't offer as much or as large in comparison to other nearby Waterparks. Room were fantastic and well kept, we got a free upgrade and received a larger room with a separate area with bunk beds and a kitchenette with large dining table. Hotel staff were overall good, not the friendliest but got their job done. Overall hotels was very clean and lots of services available for your stay with little or no need to venture out of the hotel for other essentials. I will definitely go back and would recommend.

Nice little hotel. Rooms were clean and fairly quiet floors. Water Park is perfect for the family with kids under 11. Thought it was odd that the $10 In video game tokens was for a place on Clifton Hill and not their own arcade.
All and all enjoyable.

Disappointed that they charge as much as great wolf lodge but are no where near on the same terms of what great wolf offers experience wise. I would have rather paid the same amount at great wolf lodge and got more bang for your buck there. I've tried it and likely would not return.

Nothing is wrong with the service, the hotel seems a little outdated and at some areas of the hotel dingy and not lit well enough.

The area is kinda out of the way from all the attractions.

The waterpark is a lot smaller than great wolf lodge and does not offer as much.

Great place for a night or two with the kids. Rooms and service were good. Aquapark is great and kids spent hours there..Yes the chlorine level is high but oh well, understandable. Good Boston Pizza attached to lobby. Close to plenty of stores. All in all, enjoyable and will return.

The hotel rooms were very nice. Staff was polite and accommodating. My only complaint is they only have an all in one gel in the shower that isn't very adequate to compensate for the chlorine in the water. If you have long hair make sure to bring your own shampoo and conditioner. The attached aqua park is very nice. There are fun areas for children of all ages and heights. The pool is heavily chlorinated to accommodate all the people. The two sets of slides, one set body and the other set tube, are quite fun. The snack bar is handy and licenced but quite expensive.

AMERICANA is a fun and affordable place for a getaway with the kids. The rooms are really big and pretty clean. There is a supermarket right next door too which is convenient if you need milk or extra snacks for the kids. Be warned however that the chlorine levels in the water park are really high. If you or your kids are particularly sensitive this could be an issue. Also the beds feel like theyve been jumped on by an army of childrenwhich they probably have been.no real surprise there. You may want to bring your own pillows from home. You'll still have fun.

We had a fantastic time! 3 kids 11, 5 and 3. My 3 year old was big enough to ride the big slides and tubes (by 1/4 of an inch). He loved it! All kids had fun in their own way. Basketball hoops in the water, wave pool and small and big slides. It was great for the kids! The price was unbeatable, we got a 2 bedroom suite for all of us. I would recommend this and we will be back. Btw the no frills next door was very handy!

Staff is friendly and helpful; rooms are really nice and clean. The mattresses are comfy but soft so not good when you prefer a firmer mattress but great if you like soft. The waterpark is smaller but fun. There is a wave pool, 2 body slides and 2 slides that use tubes as well as a young child play area with dumping bucket and another small pool with 3 small slides and stationary swing for them. Great for something to do with young kids.
