Newly remodeled. Clean rooms. Nice restaurant. Close to the airport. Promt shuttle service. Good place

Been here multiple times, serves the purpose well. Rooms are nice and clean, shuttle to the airport is simple. Currently undergoing renos, but no real issues experienced inside. Unfortunately some loud guests running up and down the hall yelling overnight this last stay, but it's only happened once and it's not the hotels fault some people are self centered.

The renovations look good but when we used the facilities the hotel was noisy and there was still construction happening. We arrived at about 1am to find nobody at the reception desk. One of us had to physically walk in the back and ask them to come out front. The staff was warned that we were arriving late in the night. The information provided by the receptionist was awful. She didn't even show us the way to the stairs to our room. We ended up wandering the first floor until we found where they hid the elevators. Generally the room was great but the bed was awful to sleep in. We loved the modern look. The shuttle drivers were very nice. We are probably not coming back. We'll see

I missed my connecting flight in Toronto due to weather, but the airline was considerate enough to give me a free night's stay at this hotel, along with a food voucher. The service I received at the front desk, at the restaurant, and in the shuttle was attentive and thoughtful. The room was very comfortable and made for a restful night.

A relatively nice hotel. The food isn't great, especially for the price l, but we were also there during off season so maybe they weren't on top of their game. However I wanted to highlight a particular waiter who made our experience very enjoyable. I believe his name was Robert, he was from Greece and very accommodating and attentive. He suggested we eat by the cozy fireplace, then realized there wasn't a dining table there so he moved some things to make it work, then the fireplace wasn't on so he went to get the remote, but it was out of batteries so he went back and really just went the extra mile to try to give us a great experience! Thank you for making a missed flight and inconvenient situation a positive one.
