Please recognise the amazingly positive efforts of Candice who works there. She is an absolute gem and consistently shows her positive spirit on a regular basis. She is knowledgeable, friendly, welcoming, and patient. What more could you want when trying to find an item to try on or buy. Candice you’re amazing.

Wide variety of shops and food to choose from. Would be nice if the parking was free but it is 3 hours free parking so that is generally enough time to do all your shopping in there

Outstanding retail experience!!! Both ladies were exceptional in their product, style and sizing knowledge. Both were friendly and outgoing as well as professional. Can not fault them. Store was well organised, clean and well stocked. Loved it 10/10

Exceptional customer service from Candice. I asked for her name on the day so I could leave this review. Her suggestions for outfits to suit different styles of yoga was such a great help.
3 weeks on and 16 hot yoga classes later, I can testify to the quality of the Rockwear branded clothing too.
You have a return customer here for sure.

Just had the BEST retail experience ever. The lady was so super lovely and helped me with style and sizing. She gave me info on each of the products and made me feel so comfortable talking to her. Usually I'm super shy and never ask for help 😂 Overall just the best, nicest experience. I am in such a good mood after leaving the store.
