Rooms were clean and comfortable and a very good location in Cairns. Managers Matthew and Carla were very friendly, helpful and informative, excellent service. Looking forward to coming back again.

Our stay at Citysiders was a great success. The apartment was spacious and spotless.
The amenities were excellent. The pool was very welcome in the heat.
The staff, Matt in particular, were extremely helpful, not least when we wanted to book excursions. His knowledge of the tours helped us to make our decisions.

Great location central to the airport, Cairns Central and the beach. The rooms were well kept and the staff were never far away and always willing to help. Definitely a great experience all around

I had 3 amazing nights in Citysider Holiday Apartment in Cairns.
Exterior and interior was lovely, rooms are very spacious and tidy.
I booked 2 bedroom apartment and price was reasonably good and I'm very satisfied what I paid for.
White goods worked perfectly. My daughter loved the pool.
Nice coffee shop just on the corner and Cairns Central shopping centre is close to. Manager says it was about 15 minutes to walk but it was just 8 min when I went to.
I'll definitely stay every time I go to Cairns.
I find my place to stay after all staying almost every single hotel and backpackers in Cairns.

We were very impressed with Citysider and would definitely stay there again if coming to Cairns. Everything was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. When I rang to ask questions, staff were very friendly. Also, it was just a short walk to the centre of town.

Very well appointed modern clean apartment. Bedrooms separate from lounge and kitchen.Comfortable beds, aircon not too noisy inside but intrusive on balcony and made it too hot to sit outside. Bathroom, toilet, laundry combined but spacious with excellent fittings. Kitchen contained everything required to cook and dine, a serrated knife would have been helpful to cut bread, tomatoes etc. Great location an easy 10 min walk to town center. Helpful, friendly staff. Great value, would recommend staying and would stay again. :-)
