Beautiful, spacious apartments, plenty of fans and aircon in each room. Big wide balconies and we were lucky enough to have Bay views in ours! Our only complaint was that for a three bedroom apartment, meant for six adults, we were given two keys. Additionally, my family requested two apartments on the same level and we ended up on separate levels, which was tricky as our access fobs were specific to each floor. While the staff insisted that they couldn't provide more keys they were good enough to give us a few "master" access fobs so we could at least move freely between levels. It didn't completely solve our problem but it was a good effort on their part. Oh, and the pool area and terrace are lovely but could do with water taps, as could the gym.

I did a fair amount of research and went with Jack & Newell. From my first interaction with them it was fantastic. J&N is an apartment, which means you do not get daily room service and turndown, etc. You get a lot of space (we had a 1200 sf two bedroom with 2 baths), a large sit out balcony, a fully stocked kitchen (I mean they had olive oil, soy sauce, spices, plastic boxes to carry out sandwiches, aluminum foil, and you name it!). The unit was clean, bright, spacious and well maintained. They have a washer and dryer in the unit. We enjoyed the space, the hospitality of the managers and also their recommendations on what to do and where to eat/go. I would recommend booking your tours through them since they are able to give you better prices than you can get even online. The location is fantastic - just 5-10 mins from the Esplanade. Overall, it was a great experience.
