Reception staff were very helpful.
Room was spacious
Bathroom clean and had all what you need.
Plenty of towels.
Breakfast was awesome
Hotel situated close to the tram

Great service, warm & friendly staff, very clean rooms. Our room had a great view of Flagstaff Gardens, which we loved. Easy walk to Melb Central & lots of other places.

Stopped in this location for a few glasses of wine. The decor was fine and it was not too noisy. The service from the staff was very helpful and friendly. The wine was very nice and not too expensive. The toilets were well serviced. An enjoyable visit.

Decent accommodation, close to the market place and also major attractions. The free tramline passes close by giving access to the rest of the city's attractions. Service was good. Toiletries were from Rituals which was a plus. Very helpful staff. All in all, we enjoyed the stay. I understand that this hotel used to be a police station in its past years, so has some history in addition.

Amazing location opposite to Flagstaff's garden. Nice view of the city and great variety of continental buffet breakfast. The rooms are spacious and courteous staffs around.

Top notch hotel at a great price! The room was spacious, the bed massive and very comfy, everything was clean, and it was nice and quiet with the park right opposite. It's also conveniently located close to Southern Cross station and all of the attractions in the CBD within a pleasant 5 minute walk. The hotel's restaurant is also great, if a bit pricey, but I really enjoyed my lunch, dinner, and breakfast here. Highly recommended.

Had a function here for a friend's engagement and going away party. Staff were really friendly, and drinks were being dished out as fast as we could drink them. Everything was on a tab, and it just made the experience that much more enjoyable for everyone. Highly recommend

I was there for 2 days at a workshop (March 2017). We had a young man called Isaac looking after us. He was brilliant. Quiet, fast and courteous. Food was good, facilities were good. But it all needs good staff, well done Isaac

“Great bed and great gym”
Great location, great service, clean & tidy rooms, housekeeping staff are very polite and helpful, the bed was very comfortable and the gym was good with a lot of equipment. Needless to say I enjoyed my stay here. I'll definitely come back here..

Absolutely no reason to complain about the room. We had a beautiful view overlooking Flagstaff Gardens and Docklands. The Executive King room was cosy and tidy with a comfy bed, and the hotel is located conveniently near a major train station and the free city trams.

Just spent 3 nights here- excellent! Really well appointed room with super comfy bed , food good and great lounge to 'chill' in. Staff so cheerful and helpful. The best hotel experience my wife and I have had - will definitely use Radisson again. Thank you.
