Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The room, whilst quaint was perfect. Access to the CBD was very easy, whether walking or using transport. Room service are very friendly and good to have a chat with.
Gorgeous Place. Loved my Stay.
Was upgraded into a two bedroom room which was amazing. Air con on such a humid day was welcome relief. Nice amenities 👌
Very clean and professional service with friendly staff and good facilities. Would go back again.
Great clean rooms and friendly staff. Only downside is the noise of passing parade if there's something on at Etihad stadium
Clean modern room, excellent and helpful staff on reception. Ideal location for the Etiad stadium and the docklands.
Nice apartment but have to question it calling itself a serviced apartment. We stayed from Friday through to Tuesday and only had it serviced once!! Apparently they are not serviced on Sundays or public holidays which it was on the Monday, something we were unaware of until we had a piece of paper pushed under our door two days in a row telling us it wouldn't be serviced. The same rate was charged for each day though even when they were not serviced. This is something which we have never have had that happen before in what are advertised as serviced apartments. The pillows were very uncomfortable to sleep on also which was disappointing as the bed was very comfortable.
2 bedroom apartment was nicely styled and a good size. Beds were comfortable and two reasonably modern bathrooms were in good condition. Proximity to Etihad stadium was excellent. Free wifi much appreciated.
Best place in the city for a long stay. The service is good
Quest Docklands is perfectly positioned especially if you need to go to the Melbourne convention centre. It's about a 15 minutes walk. The apartment is very nice and clean and the service is excellent.
The actual hotel was clean and service was good. It's in Docklands though so it'll never get a higher than 3 star rating from me. The place is a modern ghost town that stinks of graft and corruption. No heart and soul. Stay in the CBD would be my recommendation. The lack of culture is reflected in the food: all the food near by is absolutely terrible, something extremely sad for a city famous for it's artfully cuisine. The breakfast down the road at De Gusto was so bad I nearly sent it back and Melbourne 's famous coffee stops at the edge of the CBD. Avoid this wasteland at all costs. I pity the people who work here.
Simple place to live not as good as fresh water place and others serviced appts
One of the best place I can recommend if you want an accessible apartment located in the heart of the city. And also the rate is affordable
