The apartments are spacious and well equipped however they fall short in:
1. Could really improve instructions on the check in process as the address they provide you on your booking isn't where you are staying necessarily. So with around 3 large bags we got dropped off from the airport to the incorrect address. Thereafter we had to go through the check-in process and walk with 3 huge bags to the place we were staying couple of blocks away.
2. Staff are unfriendly and not the most pleasant to deal with as they seem to be unhappy working there. They didn't seem to care too much when queried about why we were asked to check in at one location whilst staying somewhere else. It is majorly inconvenient when you have a few large bags.
3. Toilet didn't have a lock, which was not a major issue for us as a couple, but maybe a point of concern for others.
Other than the above the accommodation in itself is quite nice with nice views from the higher floors.response / report this review -

Modern apartments within a short distance to everything within Melbourne.
They aren’t serviced daily which isn’t a huge deal but if that’s what is preferred, look elsewhere.response / report this review -

A nice service apartment. I stayed with my family with a booking 2bedrooms. We were upgraded to a 3 bedrooms suites. It was clean and neat. Apartment is well managed. All rooms have a nice city view. I am going to stay there again this Dec for holidays

Clean rooms. Very good facilities from gym and pool. Staff were friendly. Very reasonably priced. If you have to stay in Melbourne for any reason even if you have kids. Very convenient for public transport.

We arrived after checkin unexpectedly, partly to do with delays to flights. Despite not having instructions of what to do in that eventuality, we talked to security and they got us all sorted.

We booked 2 nights here .. due to bad weather our flights were cancelled 2 hrs before boarding we called to let them know and they were rude and not helpful at all .. would not refund us or let us rebook for another weekend SHAME ON YOU PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE!
