Very low quality rooms . All wet rooms have mdf architraves and the water is rotting out the wood . Grout in tiles are disgusting . Hotel staff are very rude . No parking for disabled person.
I am booked at this property for 4 nights people reviews have disappointed me I have read owners reply regarding three properties and people have all bad reviews for hotel csuseway 275 I will wait for owners reply to make my trip best of it and I will review my experience thank you
An extremely dated hotel and honestly the only good thing going for it is it's location, and it's clean. Will never ever stay here again. The so called "high speed" wifi is laughable. It's SLOW!! And wifi is "complimentary" for 2hrs after which it's a "paid" service. What a joke. If you're a business person, the wifi is NOT business class, therefore not recommended for business people. For what you pay, you may as well stay at other hotels which provides you business class wifi that is all included in the price. The hotel group needs to urgently update the hotel. It's in an enviable location. It's just unfortunate it's just so bad for what you pay! Stay clear. There's other better hotels within the grid of the Melbourne CBD that charges the same and provides better services and amenities.
Super costly. Not at all value for money. Outdated rooms and bathroom fittings. A 3 room suite (apartment hotel) with swimming pool, gym etc in Sydney was much cheaper than this!
Had some inconvenience related to payment as well.
Not recommended.
Good, clean, friendly, always happy to help. Would stay again!
Great location. The decor is a little dated and when I stayed 8-11 August '17 they have just started renovating the ground and 1st floor. The room was on the top floor and a bit smaller than I expected but it was clean and serviceable since it was just somewhere to sleep. Plenty of nearby places to eat so the lack of on site dining was no issue.
Great location close to shops restaurants and transport friendly staff
Clean, cheap, great location. Large room
Great location and spacious and affordable rooms. Continental breakfast leaves something to be desired. Gymnasium facilities were lacking and very basic. The steam room was out of order at the time of my stay, very disappointing.
I stayed two nights at this hotel and I was incredibly disappointed.
I requested an early check-in, when I got there the room was not ready and I had to wait until 2pm until check in. This is not what I wanted to hear after an 8 hours flight.
This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at considering how much money I paid.
The hotel is outdated, not clean, there are stains on the carpets and the bedding was gross.
This is not a hotel that I recommend staying at.
Not overly happy with the hotel. Arrived to find I was put in a twin single and when I asked if they could combine the beds to a double they informed me it would be an additional $20! Hence did it myself! Rooms are very dated, stains all over the carpet, the worst was the shower, could have boiling hot or freezing cold, didn't seem to be an in between! Breakfast wasn't worth going to either.
The jacuzzi room at 5th floor was terrible. The sofa seats were discolored. The water heater system in the bathroom was not working reliably as in the water either became too cold or too hot in the middle of a shower! Worse of all, the air conditioning has a rumbling sound throughout the night as if there were a helicopter hovering ourside. Lastly, I think the hotel needs a overhaul as it appears very dated. It was our second stay here and we chose it again because of the prime location. This is an honest feedback from someone who stayed 4 nights here.
