A spacious appartment with balcony overlooking the bay. Effective air conditioning (reverse cycle).

Love this place we're still here actually. Right on the esplanade. The botanical gardens, red arrow walking track is just down the road. If you're in to fitness, check that out. It's got a pile of stairs. 330 on one side and about 280 on the other. Perfect holiday spot

Great view and nice location. Only let down by the wifi network, which requires you to log in regularly, unlike a lot of other hotels which have secure networks similar to the ones you have at home which only require you to log in once.

This is a nice resort style apartment block right on the Esplanade in Cairns with views of the bay or the mountains depending on the room. It has undercover parking, a pool and barbeques. The units are spacious, clean and well equipped. Tasha on reception is delightful and nothing is too much trouble. They are situated almost at the end of the boardwalk which runs about 2kms into Cairns Marina. This is the most vibrant part of Cairns and the walk is interesting with plenty of people around and things to see and do along the way. If you are fit and like to walk the location is excellent. If you don't like to walk you may need a car.

Enjoyed our stay - would have been nice to be told the pool was being drained the day after we arrived for maintenance. Clean. Comfortable. Nice staff. No complaints. Second apartment got flooded by faulty tap and they went out of their way to fix the damage.

Loved it. Well equipped rooms and a friendly atmosphere. Perfect location only minutes from town. It was perfect for our honeymoon and the refresing stay we needed. Five stars!!!!!!

Booked the 2 bedroom apartment 3 months ago and requested an "Esplanade View Room".
We contacted reception 4 times (phone and email), including the day before we arrived, to ensure we secured a reasonable room. However when arriving at our apartment we were placed in a room that wasn't a esplanade view room, with the esplanade completely blocked by a brick wall of a building infront.
We were offered another esplanade view room, but were told we would have to pay a $140 cleaning fee, even though we had only just move in
Considering the complex was not even close to being fully booked, we felt they completely ignored our requests even, and we gave them every opportunity to fix the situation, and then unfairly wanted us to pay extra to fix their mistake/incompetence Not Happyresponse / report this review -

Great place to stay. Quiet location away from the centre of town but close enough. The apartment was a good size, clean and had all the comforts of home. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Booked this back in August and booked it cause it said waterfront suite and they put us on lake street which isn't waterfront!! Wifi didn't work for two days and the signal in the hotel was shocking 1 bar or no signal and outside had full signal!! No dryer clothes took 3 days to dry outside the room you could access it off the street had a side gate with no lock!!! Not safe at all. 1 bin bag and if you want any thing extra it was with an extra charge e.g sugar, tea, milk, bin bags,soup, shampoo everything a.c would turn off by it self and finally found a hotel we could change to and they said no refund!! And shower has a few strings of water:(
