Great location for the price overlooking the water. But the wifi connectivity was non existent and the property is very old.

Very cheap for such a good location. Buffet breakfast was pretty poor. Plates were dirty and it was pretty messy. They didnt clean up the room very well each day. Onsite parking is a great extra. Great view from balcony. Airconditoner was very old system that made a high pitched noise if left on for too long.

Rooms were all that was needed for a few days. Right across from the water. Staff were very friendly and polite.

Well the rooms are dated the service is very good. The $10 breakfast is quite amazing and well worth it's value. The showers are hot and a hot shower is very good. We found the room to be very clean and very good value for money

No parking when I checked in. Undercover parking in blocked off for some unknown reason. Norell the Desk check in Clerk was very welcoming and extremely friendly which made a huge difference in my stay. She would have to be one of best hotel receptionist I've ever come across. Very impressed.
Room had a beautiful view of the ocean. Location close enough to walk to my destinations so that was a bonus. Some other staff members weren't very helpful when I wanted some soap for my room. But all in all it was a pleasant stay. I will definitely be coming backresponse / report this review -

We stayed in the rooms at the back of the hotel, room and bathroom was dirty and out dated. My daughter spilt soft drink on the stairs and I informed the front desk and woke up the next day to it not been cleaned. There was no food or room service, I understand that it was a public holiday but still should have something. There was cigarette butts on the floor around the pool and confetti at the front patio for the restaurant, and also people smoking where they aren't spose to. Because the room wasn't cleaned properly my mum had bad hay fever, won't be going back again.

Close to the Airport for early morning flights, close to the city for late nights out. Easier than catching a cab home to Palm Cove. Book a room on the 8th or 9th floor if you can. The ocean views are amazing!!

Staff are very unfriendly and not welcoming at all Service is terrible or should i say what service Charlies Restaurant was disappointing seafood no flavour flies around buffet and staff not inviting and almost rude. this Hotel has gone from a great place to a terrible place in the last few years since we last stayed.. not impressed at all

This place has a decent buffet dinner. Staff can be a bit iffy but good food and decent atmosphere. worth a try at least once.
