Right in the heart of the city. Excellent surroundings, close to Yarra River, South bank. Bars & Restaurants. Tastefully decorated. Clean, luxurious. Fantastic food. Extremely courteous staff. A bit pricey, but we'll worth it.

I've stayed here regularly for work and I love this hotel. Rooms are luxuriously appointed (if you don't mind a lot of pink accents!) in grand old-fashioned charm. The restaurant specialises in high teas and also serves deliciously prepared food for all meals. The location is close to major businesses and cultural attractions including Hamer Hall and the National Gallery of Victoria. Superb value for a hotel of this calibre.

From the second we arrived at the Langham until the second we left we were blown away. Truly a 5 star experience and without a doubt the best hotel in Melbourne. Every staff member was kind and helpful. The rooms were beautiful, the most comfortable bed and pillows, breakfast at Melba is a must and the view from the spa is incredible. The Langham offers all the little details which make all the difference and make for an amazing experience. We will be back and highly recommend everyone treat themselves to this experience at least once!response / report this review -

Fabulous hotel. The team are all smiles and couldn’t do enough for you.
I don’t like gushy over the top service because it’s false/uncomfortable - But the team at the Langham strike the most perfect balance in their approach to guest service.
When your team love their job, it shines through in their personality and they simply want the best for their guests. 10/10 for your team and hotel !!!response / report this review -

Went to the Melba for buffet lunch with my fiance. The view of Flinders station was nice to have lunch next to. Food was delicious especially the fresh seafood and chef's food at the Indian station, service and coffee was exceptional and we opted for valet parking. Friendly service. It was a little slow upon retrieving our car but they seemed to be quite busy. Definitely going back!

A big thank you to the lovely young lady working last night after 9.30 pm (01/10/17) who went over and above to bring a slice of birthday cake to our room for my wife (because I forgot). I'm sorry I did not get your name to say thank you personally and it did put a big smile on my wifes face and got me out of jail.

Gorgeous place. Entry and most of the hotel is really well maintained. It's definitely marketed to older customers and the pink was a bit overwhelming in some places. Customer service was faultless though and the buffet was amazing. Would stay here again despite the demographic mismatch.

The Langham is situated in the heart of Melbourne's wonderful Southbank precinct. The hotel has an old world feel yet all the conviences of a modern hotel. The rooms are spacious and well equipped.
They have a casual lounge bar that is great for a few drinks before heading out. If you are eating at the hotel be sure to enjoy the chocolate fountain.response / report this review -

The facilities at Chuan Spa are superb. The staff are lovely and attentive, the fitness classes are very comprehensive and the environment is very relaxed and comfortable.

We had our wedding at the Langham in the Alto room on the 25/2/17. Everyone was wowed how beautiful it was. The food was amazing. If i could it again it wouldnt be anywhere else but here.
