Not too bad but noisy and a long way from shops or food. There are fluros in the walkways that cant be turned off and shine into the bedrooms. Not very clean and the room we had the carpet smelt moldy. Not sure why but I could feel bed springs through the mattress. Oh well you get what you pay for.

We visited for four nights on an organised tour. Everything was good, hotels own restaurant good for breakfast and evening meals. Also good range of fast food shops on captain Cook Highway about 200metres away. Broken hinge on toilet seat fixed same day. All staff very pleasant and welcoming.

gross food and bad quality rooms and service. do not order the garlic prawn from the hotel restaurant. definitely would not stay again

The apartment was clean but it is a bit tired looking. Requested portacot was ready and made up for us and air con on for our arrival. Washing machine came in handy! Fairly close to esplanade and restaurants. Friendly staff. We recommend going to esplanade for dinner rather than the Cock & Bull around the corner.

Front desk staff was helpful. There is a place to store your bags after check out if you have evening flights. They also have printing service if you need it. The room was very decently priced and spacious. Would be nice if bigger rooms had more bathrooms as we had to share one between the five of us.

We stayed for 3 weeks. Very nice to place to stay. Staff were very kind and helpful. The pool was nice until it got busy. The level of water was noticeably falling to under the filters that didn't seem to be on anyway and this made the pool begin to get dirty.
They remade the beds and gave us fresh towels everyday. We only got a big clean once a week and the cleaner never wiped down the bathroom benches.
The restaurant is only open for breakfast and dinner so we couldn't get any food when we were hanging by the pool watching the kids swim but nothing that ordering pizza couldn't fix.
Overall I would go back as the customer service was amazing. They were always helpful and kind.

Very convenient in the city. Short walk to the shop or a bit longer for good exercise. Easy parking free in the carpark or at the front.

Good room lay out, with a bit of finishing off the room would have been amazing. The bedroom next to the corridor needed better blinds as the room was constantly bathed with light making it difficult to sleep through.

We stayed at the Cairns Queenslander November 4 &5th,2016 was a really good experience. Room was clean and comfortable, easy access to one of the pools just outside our room on the main floor .The staff was very accommodating and helpful, answering any questions we had !! We had a late check-out and were welcomed to use the facilities and shower room before we left Cairns. Wish we could have stayed longer! The wifi was a bit slow, but service from staff was excellent!!Thanks !
