I got there early about 45 minutes before they opened and I was #5 in line. Once they opened I was done in 15 minutes. Very efficient service and Covid-19 restrictions are in place. Counters are wipes after every person. Very friendly car guards too to watch our cars because it's not a very safe area.

I went to this centre for licence renewals this morning. Service excellence at it's best. Friendly and very efficient staff. No long lines. Thank you to all CCT staff and security which made my experience hassle free.

An amazing experience. Very efficient service and excellent service from All staff, from the two guys at the door to the lady directing the queue and all the consultants.What an awesome, amazing and pleasant experience. I chose the perfect day to renew my licence. Queues wasn't that long.. The manager there was very helpful standing outside with the people assisting everyone.. Think his name is Bernard.. Very professional absolute pleasure..

Best service. I stood for 3 days, for 3hrs each day at Promande Motor Vehicle registration. The Q never moved for those 3 days. Today the 3rd I stood for a hour and decided to go to Stranfontien office. Within a hour I had my vehicle licence. The manager came out every 15min to check up on the q, chatting to each client. The office was clean, it reminded me of a hospital. Very impressive. Well managed and excellent service deliver!

Waiting in queue you have people coming in and getting served first. The reason, they were here before. This holds up the entire process. My fiancé sat next in queue and 4 people got served before him, only because they were here before, which is unfair. If you forget the correct documents or required paperwork and come back, you sit in a queue again. This isn't allowed anywhere else and delays the entire process.
