    Yes, it takes a while to get through each step, and this is the same at any State and sometimes even private care facilities. However, I've been incredibly grateful for the staff at this Parow facility. Having moved my elderly mom to Parow from another district, the comparison of service is chalk and cheese. I take my hat off to the staff and management for friendly and compassionate service under pressured circumstances. 🙏 THANK YOU

    Today 2019.08.07 waited from 6 in the morning. Heard they are now first helping yesterdays people before they will help us, that were standing here early in the icey cold weather. No seating for elderly outside. It is a disgrace. I think they should come earlier to help the people they could not help yesterday.It should not become our problem. Still waiting and it is now 9:20. They also open all the windoes in the place so that you still have to freeze of the cold. Someone must really look into this. Please someone with power in high places. Cant you do something to help?

    Worst service u guys are sps to be helping ppl not to give us attitude we patients are e reason why nurses have thr jobs not because we pay them bt beacause e govnmnt does thye musnt treat us like its charity thy bng paid to look after human i went there this morning scard that my baby cud be e last. E baby was vomiting on front of e lady working in room g 19 then she said she will call some1 to help e ladie she called told me that my baby was not seek how cud she tell me e bby is fine while she comiting and coughng nonstop we leave our homes running to e clinic for u guys to help but if u cnt provide us help if she said it in a better way i shud have understood but but she was sooooo rough to be honest i dnt hate wats good is good but wat they did to my 3 months old baby i end up going to medirite@ list u u cant help say smtng nice not to tell me u cnt help and then u say it in a rough manner thats bad my baby is seek if smtng happens its in theyr head
