I had to renew my drivers license and i must say what a pleasant experience from start to finish. I got there 7.25am and i was second in line. they opened at 8 and i was done with everything 8.25am. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Would give 10 stars if i could.

The staff was amazing, friendly and efficient. Got me me through booking a appointment while observing all covid protocol all while making me smile. I w nervous about going to a place where so many people pass through however it was fine. The staff really do everything to make sure you social distance and that the whole experience is very positive.

Worst place to pass out, the service you get is poor and people is always getting favored, the yard is in a poor condition and everything is way to close together, and you can barely see the curb. Don't even bother going there.

On Saturday 7 July 2018 I took my brother to make an appointment for his Learners Licence, but what an AWFUL customer experience. The lady who goes by the name N Jack, checking your documents have no people skills! What is she doing there?She send us up and down after I checked the website which documents to bring along, but it was not suffice for her. For sure not living the 5 pillars!!

However the lady by the name Lee Isaacs helped us so much better, which could've been avoided by the first person in contact.

The ladies that check your id and issue forms as you arrive don"t know what courtesy or customer service mean. Don't even greet when you get to the window. I have been at this traffic department a number of times and have always had the same experience. The rest of the staff as you move through department was fine.
