Employees are so rude and inconsiderate, never explain the process to no one. Siya who works there is the trusted rude person who walks away while you still talking

You have to be prepared to wait, especially when there is queue. I waited for 5 hours to get inside because there was a long queue. However, the workers were friendly and acted swiftly, from the security guards to the cashier. I was amazed.

The staff is amazing, it is actually the first time I feel this way about any government institution.

Gave them a death certificate for my grand mother and the will as proof of address to renew my driver's license The lady then tells me that my grandmother must draw a bank statement Serviceis pathetic. No Covid controls at all. Employees don't use face masks Another brilliantly run government institutionbackward and dumb

As with the advent of the 4th industrialization revolution I am leading, I doubt if I will ever make my own driving licence. If I do I will make it here.
