Rooms were nice, though my balcony looked out onto a parking lot. They used an offer of free parking to try to get us to attend the sales pitch.
Elevators were crowded during peak check in and circular drive out front got jammed with cars. At other times elevators came quickly.
Don't drive during rush hour! Much better after 10 am! Also try to avoid afternoon rush hour traffic.

Wyndham is one of the cool places lo stay with the river view. It is easily noticeable from the road and the staff are super friendly. The rooms are spacious and food, room services is 2 mins away. You can even get rewards if u sign up for Wyndham rewards.

Very nice facility and is in an ideal location walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. The rooms are very spacious and up to date. The staff provides good customer service.

Best vacation I've had all year and I've had five. But I went in the summertime well September. Most amazing place and if you're there you must ride the trolley up and down Old Alexandria next to the Metro King station shops and boutiques in restaurants as far as you can see. I loved it and the Metro would take you anywhere you got to go for under $5 and that's multiple places had we just wrote the Metro just to see how many places we could go we even took it to the airport cost us $2.12

This particular location was not a typical vacation spot for my family, so therefore I cannot give it a very high rating because it did not suit my family's needs. The on - location amenities are lacking and some cost extra (for example, movies), which is extremely disappointing for a "family friendly" Wyndham resort. But if you are just looking for a bed close to the attractions, then this is the place to be!

Staff was very nice and accommodating and went above and beyond in helping our party of 10 with our stay. Very nice clean location with lots of activity! And parking was easy/ pain free.

I loved this hotel. The people who worked there were amazing. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend for visitors or for a convention.

Love staying at this place. It is quiet, has some great restaurants nearby and they also are close to the new MGM casino. They staff is also very helpful.

This place was great. National Harbor is full of shops and restaurants. The Wyndham resort was excellent. Well maintained. You have to pay for parking ($15/day) but it's worth it. It was easy to drive into the city or you can use Uber for cheap. The Capitol Wheel was a little pricey but fun (find a discount on Groupon).

It was ok. First, they put us in the wrong kind of room. They did quickly fix it. The rooms are clean and nice. Very spacious. The view from the balcony is terrible. It is just a parking lot and construction of a new hotel. What made me really angry is that they call you at 8am to come down to a sales presentation. I am on vacation. I do not want to wake up at 8am.

These rooms are gorgeous. Very clean. Very spacious. We are in a King suite, complete with full kitchen and pull out sofa bed. The staff is all very friendly. I would definitely stay here again. There is TONS within walking distance to enjoy.

Nice spot and location. Love the rooms and amenities. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Parking is a bit pricey, the garage is right across the street but you have to pay $16 per day. They always make you do a presentation to "update" you on buying more points. They can keep that part bc most people/owners don't want to spend 60min or more during the vacation to attend a sales presentation. Other than that, they would've got 5stars.

The check in service was really friendly and inviting. They set us up with a map that had the places that had free parking spots for when we went to downtown DC. The Outdoor pool is only open in the summer but the indoor pool is enough. The resort is right in front of a parking lot. Not a very good view per se but that was not a big deal. It is 20 minutes away or 10 miles roughly away from downtown DC. It is a very good place though, national harbor is like a whole other city. I highly recommend booking this resort.

Great hotel. Location is perfect. My 3 star rating is only because I called to get some clarifying information based on what I had seen on the internet. The staff answering the phone (Christine) was rude and snappy. Instead of providing sensitive correction, she was quite aggressive and left a poor feeling of service.
