First night was rough, with miscommunications, and misinformed websites. Booked a 2 bed room, and pulled it up on the day I showed up to find out it was a king size bed. Late night attendee was turning away people because they don't accept cash here, but the next day attendees were so sweet, and fixed our situation. Stars earned back. Property is 100% smoke free and have to smoke at the ends of the parking lot

Clean, new towels and made bed every night. AC and heater work well. Input on TV was weird but eventually got my Xbox to work on it. Good internet. Easy.

Affordable and a short drive to DC, I enjoyed my stay. People were friendly. Getting in from Oxon Hill Rd is a pain in the neck though

the room was decent from an overall look until about a hour into my staysaw a total of 3 large bugs in the bathroom.One bug ran across the bathroom sink and the 2 others were near the toilet. The room is supposed to be smoke free but there were cigarette burns in the top cover. I knew it was time for me to leave when I pulled back the sheets and found bed bugs. Thank goodness I had not put my things on the bed. Left the room immediately. Very very unhappy with the room. Wasted money

The hotel was really dirty. Our room was hardwood and when we took our shoes off there was a sheen of oil on the floor. Also, the towels had stains. We were next door to a man smoking marijuana so our entire room smelled like it. One of our comforters had a cigarette hole burnt in it. The morning staff was very friendly and really helpful and that's the only reason I'm giving this hotel 2 stars. Cleanliness is my biggest issue.

Possibly the bad neighborhood but.. I had a room at this place for the weekend. Very disturbing last night. At 10 pm the management brought someone to room 237 . I heard the hotel worker (loudly) tell the person the room would be checked the next day. Within 10 minutes a uniformed (armed ) officer came to the room and talked to the person. In the following hours multiple visitors (7-10) came to the room for 10-15 minute visits. The first visits were accompanied with very loud, wall shaking music, and disturbing loud pornographic moaning. To my error I called the desk at 1:30 am to ask that the music be turned down in room 237. The room turned the music down but for all the following visitors I now could not help but hear the moaning. From 3:30 till 4:30 a large man acted as door keeper as 3-4 visitors were ushered through the room. Very disturbing and I was trapped

The accommodations were much nicer than we expected. We were on a tight budget for this trip, and we certainly looked to get the best for our dollar. Red Roof Plus gave us exactly that!

Adequate for cheap motel experience. Check-in took forever since clerk was dealing with a phone call. Door to my room was tricky enough that housekeeping accidentally didn't close it all the way one afternoon.

The WiFi was amazing, which is awesome, because I'm used to having issues with being able to use it properly. However, we were six minutes early for our 3pm reservation, we walked inside, ignored by staff, until two women (presumably staff members, though they weren't in uniform) arrived. We were then told we had to wait an additional twenty minutes to be checked in. Had a staff member been kind enough to speak to us directly on arrival, or explained what was going on, it wouldn't be as big a deal. Neither is twenty minutes, all told, but we'd been traveling since before seven am. When we went back in, the same staffer was very nice though, so it must have been some sort of momentary issue. Overall pleased with the stay.

Clean rooms/bathrooms with polite and understanding staff. Through in the cheap rates and you have one mighty fine hotel. Only a 10 minute drive to the nearest metro station. Food drink and movies. And recently a casino opened on the street.
