The beds are quite comfortable, good breakfast. The rooms are very clean and the personnel is really nice and kind. Special metion to Jacki, the girl that arranges the food during breakfast, she is very attentive.

The owner at check in was very friendly professional and personable. They offer fresh cookies and coffee to guest around the clock. The maids were friendly and the rooms are clean cozy and updated. It is right off 95 easy to find. I would reserve it again. Just 7 minutes from relatives house, metro.and dc.

I kid you not the wheels were stolen off a car and it was left on Jack's right in front of the front office and security cameras. The staff is not the most friendly, they do the minimum they need to and no more. The rooms were clean atleast. Just be advised this hotel is not in a great place in town.

Good value for it's price. Just it is kind of noisie place. People slam doors, noises from everything, noises from highway also can be heared. Breakfast was average and was clean.

Easy access to Beltway. Typical for country inn and suites (which is good). Great breakfast and service.

Quite cheap for the DC area. Breakfast is free, internet a bit slow and guest laundry is cheap. My room was contemporary except for the bathroom that was a bit outdated. The AC made some noise, but I could turn it off at night without getting too hot during the night. Metro is close and shuttle bus is available. Free parking. No pool.

Stayed for 3 days 2 nights here for the VT vs. WVU game on Labor Day weekend. I was pleasantly surprised by everything. The room was spacious, neat, clean, and tidy. The amenities provided by the hotel were also very good. I saw a small fitness room and the lobby was very cute and welcoming and they vendors offered a complementary chocolate chip cookie at the check in desk. The bathroom in our room was also just as spacious as our actual room and housekeeping was very polite. If you are staying for more than one night housekeeping will only change your bedding every 3 days unless you place the placard on the bed stating you want them to change it each time they clean the room, which was no problem. I greatly enjoyed my stay here and for what I paid for the room, it was definitely a great find!

The entire staff at Camp Springs made our stay an incredible experience while in the D. C. area. Our stay included free breakfast, free shuttle service to the metro station and more than our share of free chocolate chip cookies.

The best part of our stay was the staff, especially Bob Gatewood. He was always very pleasant and assisted us with our many questions, especially regarding extending our stay (he helped us get a great deal). Bob and the entire staff made it an A+ experience. We definitely plan to stay here again if we are ever in the D.C. area.

Some comforts were missing. Water bottle dispenser out of order. Snack vending has one cheese cracker, nothing more. Hair dryer wall mount falling off. Otherwise, great experience. Nice hospitality.

First night there was annoying They gave me the keys to my third floor room keys didn't work . So went downstairs they reprogrammed the keys went back upstairs to my room and there was someone in the room At this point I was furious .. Went back down stairs and told the front desk that someone was staying in the room .. They looked at me like really !!! They didn't believe till they checked on it .. then they gave me another room .. they said this room is good went up to my second floor room then the key didn't work went back down stairs and I was not in the greatest mood . Finally they got it straight. Also notice the security they have on site full armed and bullet proof vest look like swat team was here or something. Really disturbing!!! I mean they could had them with business type attire to make more business like you know .. I wouldn't recommend .. if it's the last place you have to stay at stay I guess

My uncle who retired after 30 years of service as a biologist and microbiologist of the US Government died a few days ago. It was an unexpected loss and several family members and friends traveled long distances to attend his funeral. This included my ailing 80 year old aunt who lost her youngest brother, siblings and their family members who required early hotel arrival on the day of the funeral, Saturday, Feb. 4, 2017. After a wide search, I located Country Inns and Suites in Camp Springs, MD. The manager assured me that my family members would be able to arrive as early as 6:00 a.m. on Saturday without additional charges. This was quite a relief as my family traveled 6 -7 hours in the early morning hours and would require a room to freshen up and dress for the 10:00.a.m. funeral. I gladly booked 3 rooms for $155.46 per room arriving on 2/4 and leaving on 2/5/2017. Sadly, when my family arrived at the hotel on Saturday morning, they were shocked to learn that there was no room in the inn. They were forced to purchase an additional room for $130.00 to dress as the rooms purchased ahead of time were not ready to be occupied. This is a warning to others--do not rely on the spoken word. Insist on a written promise whether by way of email or post mail. There were so many other options, less expensive, that I could have chosen but I relied on the honor of a hotel manager whose words were far less than honorable. I will gladly refund my family of the additional $130 that they were forced to spend. I do swear on the bible as Jesus Christ is my witness that this is a true account of my experience at this particular location. My husband who has over 4000 Twitter followers around the world will learn of my dis-satisfaction--that you can count on!
