So clean!! Bed was like heaven. Many pillows including a body pillow or two. Wonderful bathroom and included a beautiful bathrobe towel. Only thing not terrific, but I wouldn’t lower a star, was the sink was slow to drain and the coffee was past “use by date.?” The view was great, too!

Annual Christmas party. The venue is great and the food was delicious. We enjoyed the rain shower in our room too.

Everything about the Westin Washington National Harbor is great: convenient location, convenient services, a++ comfortable beds, modern amenities Except the television. Don't expect to plug an HDMI cable into the televisions. Really though, it is less expensive than surrounding hotels while still feeling upscale.

Great hotel excellent location!! Wonderful staff really made us feel welcome. Only thing I disliked were pillows were old and very soft. Other than that great hotel like all Westins

I stayed overnight after attending a show at the MGM. My room was clean and the staff was great. We had breakfast before checking out and the food was very good. Would definitely recommend!

The staff wad incredibly professional and friendly. The grounds and lobbies were very well kept, and there was even a bar on the main floor. The bathrooms were very clean!

Nice hotel. Great staff. Cool views of the river. And they love our dog. What else could you want.

Great location! Room was just okay. Not as clean as we would have expected, but not bad enough to complain about. The view was of the roof of the building next door. Pool/hot tub were really nice. Staff were okay. Woman at the front desk made us seem like she was doing us a favor letting us stay since we had booked through a third party site.

NEVER AGAIN, they lie and the can't tell the truth. I ask all the all the right question, parking #1, yes we validate, but don't. The work staff talks to you like you are a child. PLEASE I WILL NOT STAY THERE AGAIN!!!

Great hotel. Older than advertised, but located in trendy area with access to casino shopping and dining.
Close to Washington DC by cab or Metro. Shuttle services not offered by hotel, but for $5 you can get an all pass day for a local shuttle service.

Though the MGM casino resort was comparatively priced on some nights. The casino still lacked the convienent access to the local shops and amenities.

Beautiful clean rooms with a great view of the ferris wheel overlooking the water. Indoor Pool with a hot tub looking out as well. To top it off very friendly staff. I really enjoyed my stay.

Food was great! I had the ahi tuna wrap. They were able to accommodate leaving with a partial bottle of wine left. The server was sweet but I think since they weren't busy she got distracted. I would go back!

I had minor issues with the room and Tommi was by far the best guest service agent I have ever had. I travel a lot. She was more than willing to help and went above and beyond. This hotel needs to ensure that she is recognized. Ohand breakfast was soooo good. Pancakes were perfection.

The room seems small for the price compared to find in other major cities, but the bed is nice if a bit short for a "king". The TV looks tiny compared to the furniture on which it is mounted, but it's a hotel room so The bathroom doesn't have an exhaust fan, and the shower, while nicely styled, leaves much to be desired in terms of pressure and water spread. The pool is almost laughably small but the gym has a nice set of equipment even if it also puts you on display to anyone walking the waterfront. The ice maker has a 12 month water filter that is 14 months old so it makes me concerned that the ice maker hasn't been cleaned either. The staff have been great though, so I'm confident that if the was a "real" problem it would be quickly addressed.
