I did not sleep there but it looked very clean, the staff was very helpful, you seemed to be able to take your own furniture into a room, and the rooms had I think a kitchenette and full sized fridge and utensils and stuff.

If you want to be in downtown Silver Spring, the hotel is ok on a basic level, but has issues. The rooms are acceptable, but the beds are hard and the heating and cooling is difficult to control, as well as noisy. The cold air blows right on the bed, which is a few inches from the blower. The shower leaks. The little kitchen is a nice feature. There is a free breakfast, but it is unexciting at best. The worst aspect is the staff. Some were nice but some bordered on incompetent.

Wondering why a 14 storeys hotel doesn't have parkingWho on earth designed the building an architect or a plumber? Why should guest pay $15 for valet parking and it takes over 20 minutes wait to get your car back. Very unreasonable! Though the room are alright but housekeeping staffs needs to be more polite and friendly, they work sluggish like they were forced.

The rooms were spacious. it took a long time for the hot water to get up to the 6th floor. The breakfast was very good with eggs and potatoes or meat everyday and in the evenings Monday through Thursday they had a nice little like managers reception free beer and wine, salad and some snacks, over all we really enjoyed our stay.

Stayed in a suite for a few days & couldn't have been happier with the service and all that was available at the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, the staff was very accommodating & the room was very clean & included a small kitchen area. Would definitely stay here again!

Not thrilled with hotel itself. Stuff not too friendly. Hotel lobby looks good but rooms furniture in need of update. It is also sharing space with Hampton inn under same ownership​ so one side is Hampton the other is Homewood.

Our room overlooked a noisy construction site that started banging away at 7am. Why were we not informed at time of booking?!
WiFi was horribly slow, constantly disconnecting, you can forget about streaming.
Got back at 4pm, room wasn't serviced yet
I gave 3 stars rather than 1, since manager was kind enough to offer one of our three nights for free. Thank you.
Also, turns out room wasn't serviced due to a faulty lock that showed we were in, and household manager apologized and brought us some snacks.

Love that this place offers free breakfast AND dinner!!! The hotel is clean and the staff is wonderful!!!! This is our second visit here. We won't stay achy place else!!!

This place is easy to check into. Free breakfast and dinner reception is lovely. Nice facility. The rooms are comfy and nice for a long stay. If I'm in the area again, I'll be staying here for sure.
