No STARS AT ALL. I BOOKED A ROOM FOR FRIDAY 11-17-17 UNTIL SUNDAY 11-19-17 LETS WALK THROUGH THIS HORROR STORY. I ARRIVED AFTER 4 (CHECK IN IS A 3) MY ROOM THE KING SIZE BED I PAYED AND SPECIALLY REQUESTED FOR WERE ALL GONE. So I had to basically get irate withthe guy to get offered a double bed in honor of their mistake. I also requested the 2nd floor that didnt matter apparently. I ALWAYS CHECK MY ROOM OUT BEFORE I SIT MY THINGS DOWN, GREAT THING I DID BECUASE OUT CAME 3 ROACHES ALL 3 DIFFERENT SIZES, THATS NOT IT THEY KEPT COMING. I COULDN'T HELP BUT SCREAM AND RUN OUT. I GET TO THE FRONT CALM MYSELF DOWN, WALKING AND SAY CALMLY "HEY SIR SO THAT ROOM HAS ROACHES AND I CANT STAY IN THERE". THIS MAN GIVES ME THE ROOM NEXT DOOR, I TAKE THE KEY TRYING TO NOT BE SMART AND HOPE (EVEN THOUGH WE ALL KNOW, EVEN I AM AWARE THAT ROACHES SPREAD FASTER THAN EVER) SO I ALREADY KNOW BUT I TAKE THE KEY. WALK IN THE NEXT ROOM AND ITS CRAZY BECAUSE THE SAME EXACT THING HAPPENS OUT THEY CAME ONE BY ONE AND VERY FAST! I GO BACK TO THE FRONT THE MAN WELL ACTUALLY (NOT TO SURE ON THAT BECAUSE HE LOOKED YOUNG ENOUGH TO BE IN GRADE SCHOOL) AND AT THIS POINT IM LIVID BUT I JUST CALMLY AND POLITELY IN THE BEST WAY I KNOW HOW INFORM THIS MAN THAT, THE ROOM NEXT DOOR TO THE INFESTATION IS INFESTED TOO. (DUHHH!) SO HE FINALLY AT THIS POINT INFORMS ME OF A PEST ISSUE AND SAYS AFTER I have BEEN DROPPED OFF WITH ALL OF MY THINGS AND IM THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE I CAN GIVE YOU, YOUR MONEY BACK. I TOOK MY MONEY AND I WILL NEVER RETURN EVER THE HELL AGAIN AND I MEAN IT. ( OF COURSE WHEN I ASKED FOR MANAGEMEMT ) "SHE DOESNT COME IN UNTIL THE MORNING" VERY VERY DISPLEASED

Been here a month for job. I've had several rooms. They a filthy, holes in walls, black mold in bathroom. Cigarette burns in comforters and sheets. Microwave in some rooms. Staff is horrible never got a microwave. Basic cable only 40 channels maybe. Continental breakfast is cereal and oatmeal only.

If there was anything lower than a 1 star on this scale it would be more relatable. There were bed bugs in my room, and there was no manager on duty for a refund. The lady at the front desk was absolutely no help. The entire room was a disgusting. No one please ever come here!

Disgusting. Filthy. Smelly. We would not walk on carpet in bare feet. Cobwebs. We slept fully clothed on top of sheets. One night was more than enough. Cut visit short . Pictures look great on the web BUT this place is a dump. I would like to know if the Department of Health is aware of these deplorable conditions. One star only because I couldn't post without the star. Reality is Minus ten

Comfortable beds. Clean room and bathroom. Decent cable tv. Internet was slow and some days didnt reached our room. Free Breakfast was nice and complete. Fridge, microwave and coffee machine in room. AC worked great. Enough parking and its in a nice area to run or walk. Also about 1.5 miles from Metro Station and Bus pass on the same road if you want to avoid walking to station. Close to shops and 7 eleven.

For a hotel at this price point, it's absolutely fantastic. Super convenient to a bus stop that's maybe 7 minutes away from the metro station. Now my preferred DC hotel.

Ordered a non smoking room, got a room full of smoke. Pool is not ready to go even when it was 90s all week long. Fitness center is horrible, with the machines being old and rusty. I like staying in days inn but this one was bad

You get what you pay for. Rooms could have been cleaner, but not horrible. Continental breakfast had cereal, oatmeal, toast, and juice. Rooms are not soundproof, so you do hear a lot of other people. Maid service did come through and was very friendly.

POOR POOR SERVICE!!!! They denied my boyfriend's sister service and also denied giving her a reason as to why she couldn't not stay. Did I mention she's in a wheelchair and they had already charged her credit card. When asked why she could not check into get already booked room they only reason giving by a lady at the front desk claiming to be the manager was because I don't want to open up a room. They saw her get off metro access and saw she was handicap. Basically it was discrimination but they're website states that they have available rooms that's handicap accessible. DON'T NOT PLAN A STAY HERE!!!!

I left my jewelry on the night stand so I called around 8am. I was told to call back after 12 noon so the housekeepers would have time to turn it in. They didn't return the jewelry as it was gold. I'm very upset because the rings were gifts. I didn't like my room as it had a flats creen but the room and furniture was outdated

I attended a fundraiser in their ballroom area. For this particular purpose, the facility was quite accommodating. However, as it is one of the smaller Days Inn, I would recommend visiting the establishment based on the type of function and the number of people that will be attending.
