Comfortable and clean and in a reasonable location. It's not the most modern resort ever, but it ticks almost all of the boxes. I would come again.

Several years here for Thanksgiving. Decide to tear up mini golf on Thanksgiving, kids are bummed, 9 year tradition gone. And NO workingTV or internet. Staff is amazing, but whoever makes these maintenance decisions has no concern for guests.

The Resort itself is beautiful but I'm giving 1 starbecause I don't like dishonesty.
DO NOT! I repeat DO NOT! Purchase their offer of a 7 night stay and attend their presentation unless you want to be scammed.
I purchased the certificate and was advised that I would be able to get the same type of accommodation that I was staying in at that property for 7nights.
However, now that I'm trying to redeem the certificate I'm getting the runaround, seeing that I have to pay additional money and even being advised that The Wyndham is not even one of the options.response / report this review -

We were told false information about the resort. We were guests at another Wyndham resort and visited Palm-Aire for the lazy river. We were disappointed to learn there wasn't one when we got there so didn't stay long. All the staff we encountered was very nice during our brief visit.

It's very noisy. We were promised a room for the week in the new building away from the kids pool, loud music (till 11:00pm), and screaming kids. What we were given was a rooms in the oder building with all the noise. Do not believe whatever they tell you when you book. They will assign a room of THEIR choosing upon your arrival. I would like not to recommend this place. The pictures are true, but don't believe you will stay where the pictures were taken. They are of the best locations and occomodations.

Great resort with pool, beach volleyball and mini golf. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Amenities as any resort, but beach is too far away. If you go by car, it's hard to find a parking space. If you opt for the shuttle, you have to call in advance. All beach equipment is paid, but you're allowed to use the wyndham hotel in front of the beach while you're there.

Pretty nice location, gated, looks like it's good, but haven't been here long - have yet to try out the pool and other amenities. The lighting in the rooms is odd, it was kinda hard to find our rooms (go into the spa and then take the elevator - if you can find one), and the kitchens seem to have been designed by interior designers rather than chefs. The suites are actually really nice and I love the private beach with the shuttle.

Great facilities for a family trip. Surrounding area not good but resort is well contained and has good security. Casino across the street and shuttles to the beach. Big/modern units.

This is a great family place. They have multiple pools and lots of activities. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. We will be coming back.

A vet nice and huge two bedroom suite with a full kitchen. The room had everything and even the sofa bed was comfortable. There were a lot of guest amenities, too many to do over the weekend. The location was good as there were many restaurants and stores in the area while being close to the beach. I definitely want to go back.

Resort is clean and very good facilities. Nice layout with multiple pools between the buildings. Nice things to do very conveniently located. Putt-putt, volleyball, hot tub, kids activities.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Tucker provided recommendations to some outstanding restaurants.
It's also much more quiet and laid back than a Wyndham on the beach.
