Clean, accessible and decent rooms. No musty smell or signs of an old hotel. Breakfast is great. Free beer 5.30 to 7.30. Decent restaurant. Relatively cheap for cash. Paid with points. I liked it.Parking is expensive at 23 and valet at 27.
My boyfriend and I came here for a couples massage at the Spa 950 thanks to Groupon for a great deal! The hotel is well kept, they have plenty of amenities, and the beach is right across. Our Spa experience was amazing!!! We both had the hot stone massage and were completely satisfied beyond words. I've had massages at other hotels such as the Westin and Trump resorts but this one definitely takes #1! I give it 4 stars because the pool area was kid central! We waited over an hour to use the hot tub because there was a family with 8 kids or more 4-10 years old that would not let the other guests have a chance. Other than that, great staff! Walking distance to the peer with plenty of dining options and live bands for entertainment. 😃
Recently stayed at the Embassy Suites for a girls trip and overall had a great time. We thought the hotel was in a great location if you’re looking for a nice and relaxing stay while still being close to a small downtown area (downtown Deerfield Beach Pier was an easy 15 minute walk). The complimentary hot breakfast and happy hour was perfect and the staff was amazing. One of the hotel managers, Isabelle, was absolutely wonderful and provided amazing customer service to ensure our stay was the best it could be.
My only caution to other visitors is that the beach is not owned/operated by the hotel and therefore, the chairs and cabanas do not come with your stay. It was $12/chair and $15/umbrella per day/per person, which can quickly add up. As you can imagine, all hotel visitors that came down to relax by the beach were very upset to learn that the chairs/umbrellas were not included as the hotel website does not make that clear. Additionally, the staff (separate from the hotel) that owns/operates the chair/umbrella rental are very rude and unhelpful.
Absolutely love this hotel. We went for our honeymoon and returned 2 years later for our Anniversary. We got the panoramic view this time and it was amazing. Staff was great always kind. Breakfast was always good. Ammenties we all working. Enjoyed the hot tub. Already scheduled next year's vacation booked they're again. I mean who wouldn't it's right on the ocean, short distance to walk for the beach.
Nice place to stay a little run down. It did look like the were doing some remodeling. Every single person was friendly and so helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. Will be back.
The worst hotel I've stayed at. Service at the bar is terrible that's if you can find someone at the bar to serve. Only 1 person makes decent drinks. The bedding is very thin and old. The whole hotel smells musky. Took 24 hours to get extra towels that we requested. There are so many families with small kids, toddlers in the pool. They take over so don't come here for a couples getaway. The breakfast is good. We'll be going elsewhere in future.
Welcoming lobby, great spa, clean large room suites, free breakfast, free booze in the evening. What's not to love? I'm surprised we got a double room with two bathrooms, ocean view, for $160/night. They even text you throughout the stay and ask of everything is. Great listener on the other end of that text line.
Very nice resort. Clean, large rooms with beautiful balconies overlooking the ocean. The parking is valet and there is an option to self park in secure lot. Desk service was very nice and helpful. Restaurant was indoor or outdoor seating and catered to special requests for food sensitivities. Just a short walk through a secure gate to the public beach. Would love to stay here again when more time permits us.
We were celebrating our Honeymoon, the room was amazing, the service from the staff was absolutely wonderful! We told Crystal, at the front desk why we were there, she sent up a bottle of wine and 2 pieces of chocolate cake along with a personalized note congratulating us and thanking us for choosing the hotel for our special occasion! The cleaning staff was thorough and made our room very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. Every time we would get towels, the towel staff was very friendly and he made sure that we had 2 lounge chairs with an umbrella. I highly recommend this hotel!! 5 stars and above!
It is presently 1:32am while I'm in the hotel. The unbelievable amounts of noise from the other guests is keeping me up. Running down the halls; beating on doors; hallways that carry voices to sound like other people are in my suite. Ugh. It's disappointing. The view is nice. The room itself is nice, even with the visible water stains on the furniture:/ Room is a bit musty smellingI have allergies so I notice these things :/ Hoping I can get some sleep
Now it's later in the morningI managed to get a modicum of sleep. Breakfast is free and patrons behave like barnyard animals. There needs to a better systemperhaps we should bus our own plates? Otherwise dishes were piling up and the flies. After breakfast, I overheard my sister say that the light in the bathroom went out during the a shower. It's just turning out to be not a positive experience. For shame, as I know my sister paid a pretty penny for this beach weekend.
BED BUGS!! I've never had such a bad experience like i did here. I stayed here for one night, room 529, woke up with bites all over my body. Reported it to the front clerk, but she could careless. In addition to this, the rooms are old and outdated, the lamps don't work, and for breakfast they were out of pretty much everything. For $230/night, this place is absolutely not worth it.
The location perfect! Right on beach set up nice. Kids would love. The happy hour not all that. Breakfast is on point! Parking is 24 + dollars
Great location, nice pool, good drinks and service in the restaurant, though the front desk was a little slow on the uptake. The spa is good. They perpetually ran out of pool towels, not to mention plates and coffee cups during breakfast during the busier time. But breakfast was nice. Go early and get an omelet without the wait. Room was lovely and clean, and housekeeping did a gest job. They told us they did not have pullout beds, so we bought an air mattress for kid #2.
