Superb customer service, both front desk staff and maintenance workers. Joseph made our day when we met him in the elevator. He was kind and funny. Room was wonderful as well. Very clean and bed was comfortable. Great shower. Liked that the shower room was separate from the sink area. Will definitely return.

If it is the rare occasion that you need heat in your room, good luck! My coworker and I had separate rooms on different floors and both called to get the heater looked at. We were told it isn't worth it for them to keep the heater coils working for the week or two of cold each year.

Everything else about the hotel is how a Marriott should be. Concierge lounge and staff in there were great.

I am part of a professional networking group that meets at this location every week. The lunch is here are decent and the staff is wonderful. I gave them for stars only because I have not seen the rooms here, but it does not appear that the hotel itself has been updated in sometime. With that being said, there is nothing which seems that one could say the hotel is old. I just think it might be time for some modernization.

Beautiful n quiet hotel to stay.. nice staff and very comfy beds with amazing amenities has a shuttle bus too to nearby places.. definitely by Marriot standards The concierge staff are very nice and the elderly lady in the gift shop is very nice and funny
St. Henry Catholic church just 2 minutes walk from here and some nice restaurants about 10 minutes walk to the Cypress Creek station..

The week of my wedding I was relocated 3 Times and hands down to the employees at the Marriott for making my wedding day stress free. When I arrived to check in the day before my wedding, the employees in the front desk had been expecting me. From the employees at the restaurant to the housekeeping team they where all kind and helpful. Marriott team members understand guest service and I’m extremely happy and grateful for making my wedding day special. Thank you!! And to the guest who are thinking about booking with them do it!!

Great location, neat room, balcony was lovely! Only drawback is no continental breakfast and it takes the water at least 10-15 mind to get hot. Overall enjoyed my stay!

I was at this property for a two-day event. The temperature in the conference area was great, not freezing like usual. The chairs were standard hotel fare. The staff were very nice. The food was okay, but not amazing. The location was quiet, but a little off the beaten path. Overall I recommend this property for conferences and large meetings.

Honestly the best hotel I have stayed at in this country. Purely because unlike other service related industries mostly hotels in the US, the staff is what makes this hotel great. First of all they don’t have an attitude, they are hospitable and helpful as it is expected in the hospitality industry. The fact that they make you feel welcome and respond genuinely and fast to requests is what made me like this hotel. Thank you to the wonderful people at this Marriott Hotel in FLL.

Beautiful hotel. Nice ballroom, with courteous staff. Guest room was spacious & clean; very cozy beds - not too soft, not too hard. I enjoyed my stay and fun time in the ballroom. Great job, Events Planning Dept.!!

Wasn't too keen on this location. It had an older look and feel and hasn't been updated too much.

The pool area was pretty nice. It was located on a rooftop area with decent views of the surrounding area.

My girlfriend and I visited Ft. Lauderdale recently and enjoyed my stay here at this Marriott. The check in was smooth, and the room was spacious and comfortable. I did not have breakfast however the room service was excellent. The service was expedient and the food (mango chili wings, chipotle rolls, and waffle fries) was exceptional. The commute to downtown and the beaches was not bad, very straightforward. There seemed to be an discrepancy with the authorization on my debit card but it was not enough to detract from my experience. I would stay again.

I had an evening business meeting at the Blue Fire Grill. We had drinks out by the bar prior to dinner. I have to say that the service was beyond compare. In many cases exceeding that of five star hotels. The staff were respectful and eager-to-please in all facets of our meeting. I look forward to meeting there again.

I have had two great experiences at this Marriott. Staff are friendly, attentive, competent and seek to be of assistance. The hotel has been renovated and is still updating areas (at least as of June 2017).
The rate is great for it being an updated Marriott. Easy to find, free parking, good breakfast and a cool wooded area are a few reasons we will return.
One of the best overall in-town Marriotts I have visited.

Set us up on the top floor. Rooms were clean and modern. Price was great and it has a grand hotel feel about it. Love the jungle view from the lobby. Host was great, thanks for the Snickers! The Bar tenders made margaritas like they knew what they were doing. Didn't have time to try the amenities so maybe next time we'll try the pool.

Meeting a friend there who live not seen for 25 years. Staff looked after us incredibly well. Great level of service. Food was very good and not too bad priced for a hotel. Dessert was incredible, really great key lime pie. Coffee was brought, topped up regularly and a Togo cup proffered. Staff were attentive without being pushy. Highly recommended
