1st day open after long repairs from the hurricane. They just were not ready. 2 tvs in the suite. 1 wasn't even plugged in. Had no digital card. Turned the faucet on, the handle went loose and we had to go below the sink to turn it off. In room fridge smells musty. We understand that the rest of the hotel was still being repaired so no problem. When they rent out a room though, they should have at least have someone check it 1st

Pros: Spacious. Beautiful interior. Atm machine. Pleasant staff.
Cons: Our room wasn't cleaned properly. Mildew on shower curtain. Old candy under bed and bathroom was unpleasant. Wifi was sketchy. Won't be my top choice to stay again.

I delivered food here, everyone from the security guard who helped me locate my customer to the employee who held the elevator and offered pleasant small talk while riding it, made my very short experience here very nice. The place looked very cool, I wish I was actually staying there rather than just dropping off food. Will keep this place in mind when family comes to visit.

The hotel was very nice, I especially loved the lobby/courtyard area. It was lush full of folliage and felt relaxing. The rooms were very clean and organized and the staff kept the room clean and stocked.

This place was dirty. My room had a big white stain on brown carpet. The carpet was sticky and there was a slow leak from the a.c.. Also I would NOT recommend making your own coffee whether it looks clean or not. My coffee maker had water sitting inside of it that had an oily like film on it. I asked for a new one yet it never came.

The deluxe room suite is great for having company and entertainment. The rooms are soft and nclude a balcony, some balconies are shared. The staff is very friendly and warm. They offer food, and have a cocktail bar. All the TVs are flat screen. The rooms have a phone charging station next to the bed on one side.

It's an old converted Embassy Suites building. Starting to show it's age a bit but still a nice serviceable and comfortable hotel. Lots of kids running around the floors knocking on doors, and no security in sight. Okay place, nothing special though.

Not the best place. Dirty, old, only using face value. Imagine finding frog coming in through the window. I read lot of bad reviews before booking but I felt there might be some changes. Exactly has described. I was moved to another room more better than the first one but still not satisfied. Management apologized but that enough will not do if is going to take them to renovate the hotel in phases it would be good. For now that place is not safe.

Customer service rated this,it needed more attendant hands-on attention. Room service was in need of adequate supplies. Staff should be more knowledgeable and informative. Infrastructure needs a do-over, as well.

An amazing hotel with a great staff and delicious (very affordable) food. It has some limitations but we found it really suitable for its price and range. Though it's not a millionaires' hotel, it's enjoyable and comfortable. We'll recommend it.
