Suite was spacious and conveniently laid out. Service was great and very responsive. Breakfast was what you'd expect and nothing more. Friendly staff all around. Would definitely stay again.

Recently renovated and very nice for an older hotel. Generally quiet even with several girls soccer teams staying there. The coffee IMO is super spot on, the Robust is very hearty with no after taste. Breakfast is big and awesome.

My aunt stays here for a month or more every time she comes back to the USA and she loves it there. They are very friendly and accommodating. She won't stay at any other hotel

Friendly staff, clean decently-sized rooms, good free breakfast selection. The all-hours coffee/tea/hot chocolate station was nice.

The staff at this location is great and does an awesome job. Thry always make us feel welcome. This location is not even a mile from Westfield Old Orchard mall which has a number of stores and eating locations. It's also very close to the Northwestern University campus.

Amazing experience. Only concern would be staff didn't let me in because of my friend not having his id on him. Other than that, excellent place to spend the night.

Very helpful reception staff. Clean rooms, coffee maker, fridge, TV, USB charging points but no safe. Breakfast OK - some type of egg and sausage available along with cereal, juices, yoghurt etc. Tea/Coffee available at all times in a comfy lobby. Shop also has a nice choice of drinks, chocolates, crisps etc

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! Amazing breakfast, amazing service, and friend staff and housekeeping. Definitely my favorite hotel stay! They provide you with anything you forget at home and always have a smile on!

Excellent hotel. The location is very good, the hotel and the rooms are clean. The furniture is of good quality. The gym and the pool are great. The service is fast and good. I had a good experience so far.

Located right off off Eden Expressway. Near shopping Mall. Rooms are typical for Hampton. They do have a small refrigerator, a microwave and a coffee maker. Includes hot breakfast. They had scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs with chives, make your own waffles, fresh fruit, oatmeal, yogurt, pastries, juice, hit tea and coffee.

Great location. Sucks it doesnt have restaurant anymore. Great comfy room. Got everything you need in it. Clean. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Comfy bed and pillows. Pool. Free parking. Will repeat.
