The Service Dep has always been very nice and always answered my questions . Sometimes i waited a lot longer but that is expected in any business .
I liked the salesman I dealt with as a person, but felt like I was being read a script and not just talked to like a person. He was constantly pointing out very basic things to me as if I had never bought a car before. Again, part of the feeling that I was being read a script.
I expressed on the phone that a base model was all I was looking for, yet when I showed up the only cars he showed me were 2-3k more than other models that we're on the lot. I had to personally ask to be shown the less expensive options.
Out of the gate when he first greeted me he called me Nate. I hold salesman to a higher standard and would think that they would ask me if I prefer to go by Nathan or Nate prior to assuming, but seem to run into this regularly. Petty, but it bugs me.
They offered me an attractive and competitive deal, but I decided to buy elsewhere.
Great, courteous, no pressure. Very pleased with services
Took WAY too long. Service that should have taken 20-30 minutes ended up killing an hour and twenty minutes. Won't have service here again. Next car will come from a real dealership from Toledo or Columbus. I showed up at the exact time they specified their time not mine and the car wasn't even touched for the first 20 minutes. This place doesn't know what the word "service" means.
Warner Nissan service, and Philip in particular, is wonderful. We've had nothing but good experiences with them. We bought a CPO Rogue in 2016, and have had a recall and general maintenance (oil changes) since then. They are always professional and courteous, and they clean the car every time they work on it! This last time they even drove it back to my home and put it in my garage while I was at work! Outstanding customer service!!!
Quick personal service. Jason had excellent answers and was not pushy. Helpful and happy guy.
Bought new rouge ray Tebow great to deal with suggest all visit him
Had a terrible experience with the Nissan Service Department! I took my 2004 Nissan Maxima in THREE times (3x) complaining there was a transmission problem. Was told by Phillip there was nothing wrong with it! I didn't even make it out of their parking lot, and it jerked and jumped just like what I'd taken it in for. Called "Phillip" and, again, he said they couldn't find anything. Less than 250 miles later, my transmission went out!!! You idiots! Good thing is, I had warranty which covered the repair of nearly $3000. What? Your Dealership couldn't use that revenue? Or too lazy to work on the car? Car is fixed and runs perfectly now, thanks to a transmission SPECIALIST in Monroeville, Ohio. Warner, you will NEVER see me, my family or friends!
Bought a preowned car here. Good and helpful people.
Thanks to Warner Nissan for bringing me a good deal .
Special thanks to Jerome Kenner.
Took my 2013 altima in to have it fixed very polite service guys but took forever to figure out the problem then is now trying to charge me double what I agreed to he called said $200 now it's $350 and my car is in pieces. Will update review if they honor there word but not hold my breath. Never buying a Nissan again and never going back to Warner.
Truly wonderful and helpful people. Very prompt and fair. Thank you Keith Lammers!
