Generally speaking I'd rather go to the dentist than negotiate a car deal. We had a great experience with Junction. It was the easiest, most laid back car buying experience we've ever had. They were up front with figures, never went into "what can I do to get you to jump now" mode, and didn't panic when we said we were still shopping and wanted to sleep on it. I would recommend Junction, highly. Ask for Scott.

Everyone was professional and friendly. Because of my work hours, I couldn't get to the dealership until 5pm. I wasn't completely satisfied with the automobile choice I made. They continued to show me options until I was not only satisfied but thrilled! They stayed 2 hours after closing to make sure I was pleased.

The sales experience was pretty seamless. I had done research and knew what vehicle I wanted, plus I had an incentive from working at a company with a Supplier Discount. Given that, the salesperson got me right in the car for a test drive and the financial numbers were put together quickly and clearly. While it's still a mystery to me why paperwork for car buying is not digitized and done on electronic tablets, that process was not too lengthy. The pickup of the car a couple days later was on time and my salesperson led me through the set up and got me on my way quickly.

Car buying is fun again. Not only was it a great experience but the staff was absolutely amazing. Matt Emrick was the best salesman I've had while purchasing a vehicle. He was so transparent with the pricing and so helpful with all of the features. He couldn't have been more helpful with getting multiple vehicles lined up for us to look at and drive. The rest of their staff was amazing as well. It was honestly a fun, low pressure, and affordable experience. I will be going back to this dealership from here on out. Thank you guys!

I had a great car leasing experience with Matt Emrick. He made the whole process painless. I drove by three other dealerships to purchase from Junction. I have no reservations in recommending Matt and Junction Auto to my friends.

Excellent sales staff. No pressure sales staff. Everyone there is friendly and knowledgeable. I don't feel like I am at a traditional car dealer. Very easy to deal with. We have purchased two cars here within a year. This is our new dealer.

They were friendly and wonderful! I didn't lease my Buick through them, but they took great care of me anyway! I went to Junction for an oil change and tire rotation! Brandon Moore took his time explaining what was included in my lease and explained how I could find out my residual value if I chose to purchase the car! He also checked in periodically to let me know how much longer I'd be waiting! Ashley was also wonderful in finding out information for me prior to my appointment!!Very very helpful and patient! I highly recommend them!!

Scott Tinge is an excellent salesman. He knows just about everything about the cars he sells. He was very attentive to my wants in a new car. He sold me the car I wanted, not a car he wanted to sell. I plan on directing my family and friends to him and his dealership.

Very helpful and knowledgeable automotive professionals in every department. They were experienced with processing my eligibility for GM Employee discount through my father. The General Manager, Mike was kind and approachable, Kyle was thorough and informative and Scott was very concerned with my needs and preferences. Great team, would go there again!
