I want to take the time to thank Paul Stevens for the excellent buying experience perceived. In May we bought a fully loaded new compass that's got totaled in a accident in August. Paul found another fully loaded identical Compass and got it ready for delivery in 5 days flat! Having the SAME new car right away helped a lot and even the post-traumatic healing has benefited from the normality provided by OUR car.
Also I want to thank both Jesse and Craig for the impecable Service. In 2 separate occasions they delivered exactly what I was expecting. First was an issue with the headlamps. Jesse found a spot for maintenance the very next day, coordinated very good with other team members and Craig fix the problem in 20min. Second issue was with the remote, I called in, found Craig that, after proposing a maintenance stop and realizing it wasn't working for me, gave me precise instructions how to fix the problem myself. I followed the suggestion and voilà. GREAT JOB YOU ALL, THANK YOU GUYS!

I've dealt with Classic Madison for the last several years with a couple of my vehicles. Each and every time that my vehicles have been serviced, Craig in the service department has always been professional, courteous, and made it a point to keep me updated on what was going on. They're my dealership of choice, because they care about their customers, and are very friendly.

Service is good and prompt. We've been here several times for oil changes and recall work. The technicians are knowledgeable and the service desk staff are friendly and helpful.

Oil changes are slightly more expensive than an oil shop but they make up for the price with the service.

I am so pleased with the work Classic Dodge-Madison did on our front brakes. We were having real trouble with the front brakes binding, gripping and pulsing at really bad times. Classic replaced the front brakes and car has been working well ever since. Just went to NC and back with no issues. They were accommodating, courteous and efficient. Very pleased and would highly recommend.
